Survivor Fan Contest Official Contest Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. CONTEST IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES (INCLUDING PUERTO RICO) AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD OR AGE OF MAJORITY, WHICHEVER IS OLDER IN STATE OF RESIDENCE, AT DATE OF ENTRY. VOID IN ALL US TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS (EXCEPT PUERTO RICO) AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any social media platform and/or any video content creation platform in any way.
Contest Description:
Each Participant (as defined below) entering the “Survivor Fan Contest” (the “Contest”) will upload a video of themselves explaining what Survivor means to them and their “Tribes” (the “Video”), to the website accessible at https://gf.fan/cbs/survivorfanfiji (the “CBSI Service”). See the requirement/specification details, in Section 6 below, for the Video entries. From all eligible Videos entered in the Contest, the five (5) Winners (as defined below) Videos will be chosen in accordance with this Official Rules (as defined below).
1. Acceptance of Official Rules. By you entering the Contest operated on the CBSI Service, you ("you" or "Participant") hereby accept and agree to these official rules (the "Official Rules") of this Contest, and the decisions of the Administrator in connection with this Contest, whose decisions are final.
If you are a wireless services subscriber and have a smart phone, tablet or other wireless device that allows you to access this Contest, you may also enter this Contest via any of those devices during the Entry Period (as defined below). If you choose to enter via wireless device, you may be charged data rates according to the Terms and Conditions of your Service Agreement with your wireless carrier.
2. Eligibility. This Contest is offered and open to persons who are: (a) legal residents of one (1) of the United States (including Puerto Rico) or the District of Columbia; and (b) at least 18 years old or age of majority, whichever is older in their state of residence, at the date of entry into this Contest. Employees, independent contractors and directors, and their immediate family members, of the Contest Entities and/or Paramount Global, CBS, CBS Survivor Productions, Inc., MGM Television, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc., DJB Holdco, LLC, Survivor Productions, LLC, SEG Holdco, LLC (collectively “Producers”) and their respective parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies and legal and financial advisors, or anyone who is in any way involved with the Series (as defined below), including without limitations to persons who have appeared on the Series, are not eligible to participate in this Contest. For purpose of the foregoing, "immediate family" mean parents, spouses, children, siblings or any members of the same households of such employees, independent contractors and directors (whether related or not). This Contest is void in all US Territories and Possessions (except Puerto Rico), and where prohibited by law.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, PARTICIPANT(S) AGREE THAT THE CONTEST ENTITIES, THE ADMINISTRATOR OR PRODUCERS MAY, AT THEIR OPTION, CONDUCT A BACKGROUND CHECK CONCERNING YOU, AND THAT, AT ANY TIME AFTER THE BACKGROUND CHECK IS INITIATED, THE CONTEST ENTITIES, THE ADMINISTRATOR OR PRODUCERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY PARTICIPANT(S) ON THE BASIS OF ANYTHING CONTAINED IN, OR OBTAINED AS A RESULT OF, THE BACKGROUND CHECK. SELECTED PARTICIPANT(S) WILL BE REQUIRED TO TIMELY SIGN WAIVER FORMS AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF PERSONAL AND BACKGROUND INFORMATION AND TO COMPLETE A BACKGROUND QUESTIONNAIRE IN A TRUTHFUL MANNER AS WELL AS TO POSSIBLY OTHERWISE COOPERATE IN THE CONDUCT OF THE BACKGROUND CHECK. THE RESULTS OF THE BACKGROUND CHECK ARE FINAL AND BINDING AND NOT SUBJECT TO APPEAL. PARTICIPANTS AND/OR WINNER(S) MAY ALSO BE REQUIRED TO EXECUTE CERTAIN ADDITIONAL RELEASES AND/OR AGREEMENTS WITH CONTEST ENTITIES TO PARTICIPATE AND/OR TO RECEIVE A PRIZE IN THE CONTEST. IF PARTICIPANT IS DISQUALIFIED BASED ON THE RESULTS OF THE BACKGROUND CHECK, SUCH PARTICIPANT WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY COMPENSATION OF ANY KIND AND THE CONTEST ENTITIES AND ADMINISTRATOR SHALL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO THEM UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY.
3. Promotion Period. The Contest begins on February 22, 2025 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on March 30, 2025 (end date is subject to scheduling changes) (the "Promotion Period"). Once the Entry Period ends, the judging panel, comprised of employees of the Contest Entities, will commence to review all qualifying Video entries received during the Entry Period. The judging panel will select up to five (5) videos (the “Winners”), based on the judging criteria as detailed in a Section 5 below. The judging panel will select, based on the judging criteria, the winning Videos The winning Videos shall be announced on April 28,2025.
4. How to Enter: During the Entry Period, Participants need to access the CBSI Service at https://gf.fan/cbs/survivorfanfiji fill in the entry form, and upload their Video in order to be entered into the Contest. Video must be uploaded during the same online session that Participant submits the completed entry form. Once submitted, Videos cannot be amended or modified by Participant. Receipt of entry may be acknowledged, and, in such event, the acknowledgement shall not be binding on Contest Entities. Submission of an entry does not constitute proof of receipt of same or proof of entry in the Contest.
Participants (regardless of their ultimate eligibility), by uploading the Video on the CBSI Service, you give the Contest Entities a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty free license to publish the Video on the CBSI Service, the Show and any other media property of CBS and/or CBSI, with no compensation or consideration to you other than the prize if determined to be a Winner as per these Official Rules. Administrator and Contest Entities reserves the right to reproduce the Videos in full or edit and enhance the Videos at their discretion. (However, Videos will not be edited/enhanced in conjunction with the determination of winners in the Contest.) CBS and/or CBSI are authorized to use the Videos as they see fit, including usage in advertising. Videos uploaded to the CBSI Service will not be returned to Participants. By uploading the Video to the CBSI Service, you further understand and agree that the Video as posted on the CBSI Service may differ from the Video as submitted by you due to technological failures/malfunctions/limitations or similar issues; and, in such case, the Contest Entities will not have any liability of any kind. Administrator as well as Contest Entities will not be responsible for lost, late, corrupted, inaccessible, stolen, garbled, jumbled, damaged or misdirected entries regardless of cause.
You further waive any “Moral Rights of Authors” (“Droit Moral”) or similar natural rights of ownership that you may have in the Video under statutory or common law.
You understand and agree that the Contest Entities have wide access to ideas, stories, designs and other literary/artistic materials submitted to them by outside sources or being developed by their own employees and that such ideas/stories/designs/literary/artistic materials may be competitive with, similar to (or even identical to) your Video and that Contest Entities shall have no liability to you or any third party in conjunction therewith.
You further acknowledge that the Contest Entities do not have any duty of confidentiality or other fiduciary duty to you relative to the Video. ALL VIDEOS MAY BE PUBLISHED ON THE CBSI SERVICE.
VIDEO REPRESENTS SOLELY THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE APPLICABLE PARTICIPANT AND DOES NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE CONTEST ENTITIES IN ANY MANNER. SPONSOR IS MERELY ENCOURAGING PERSONS TO PROVIDE A VIDEO WITH THEIR OPINION ON WHY THE SERIES SURVIVOR IS IMPORTANT TO THEM AND THEIR TRIBE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CONTEST ENTITIES DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANY VIDEOS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LIABILITY FOR MODERATING, MONITORING OR REVIEWING THE CONTENT OF VIDEOS UPLOADED TO THE CBSI SERVICE. THE POSTING OF A VIDEO ON THE CBSI SERVICE DOES NOT REPRESENT ANY ENDORSEMENT OF THE CONTENT OF SUCH VIDEO BY ANY OF THE CONTEST ENTITIES.
5. Judging Criteria: During the Promotion Period all eligible Videos received will be judged, by the judging panel, based on the following criteria: (a) passion for Survivor (50%); (b) showcasing what Survivor means to them (20%); (c) inspiration and storytelling of the Video (20%); and (d) why their Tribe (a defined below) should come to Fiji (10%). In case of a tie, the five (5) Videos with the highest score for passion for Survivor will be the tie breaker. In case of a further tie, the five Videos with the highest score for showcasing what Survivor means to them will be the tie breaker. In case of a further tie, the five Videos with the highest score for inspiration and storytelling will be the tie breaker. Based on such judging criteria, the judging panel will choose the winning Videos. The five (5) Videos that receive the highest percentage from judging will each become a Winner in the Contest. ("Winner"). If there is a tie, same tie breaker process will be used as described above in this section. The Winners will be revealed on April 28,2025. A Participant may only submit one (1) Video entry. And, a given individual may only participate in the Contest once. In the event more than one Video of a Participant is submitted, only the first Video received will be considered. All Videos must comply with the Terms of Use of the CBSI Service, such Terms of Use are incorporated herein by reference. Should there be any inconsistency between these Official Rules and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use shall prevail, govern and control in all respects. If the Video does not comply with the Terms of Use, Contest Entities, at their sole discretion may disqualify the Video from the Contest. The results of the voting/judging are proprietary to Sponsor and, by uploading a Video, you agree to waive any right that you may have under any legal theory to review same.
Videos submitted after the Entry Period deadline will not be entered into the Contest.
6. Videos Requirements: Video(s) cannot be longer than 1 minute, in duration. Video(s) file(s) cannot exceed three hundred (300) Megabytes (MB) in size and will only be accepted if submitted in one of the formats prescribed on the CBSI Service. The Video must be an original creation of the Participant submitting the Video and only show the Participant on camera. And, a given individual may only participate in the Contest once. Any entry that does not meet the entry criteria described herein may be disqualified in Administrator’s sole discretion. The Video entry must be in English and must not be disparaging, abusive, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, offensive, illegal, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, offensive, indecent, in bad taste, reflect negatively on the Contest Entities or Series, promote or incite violence, terrorism, or illegal acts, or be otherwise objectionable (all as determined by the Contest Entities in their sole discretion). Additionally, the Video must not: i) infringe any third party's rights, including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or right of privacy and, must not in any way violate applicable laws and regulations; ii) contain libelous or otherwise defamatory statements (including but not limited to words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group); and iii) contain any commercial content that promotes any product or service or contain or reference any third party names, logos, service marks, trademarks, copyrights, trade names or trade dress. Video should not include any personally identifiable information (e.g., e-mail address, telephone number). The determination of whether a Video violates any of the above prohibitions shall be within the Administrator’s sole discretion. If a Video is deemed by the Administrator to violate any such prohibition(s), the Video may in the sole discretion of the Administrator be disqualified, removed from the CBSI Service and the Participant(s) shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest and/or win the prize (as defined below). Administrator reserves the right to take down any Video at any time during or after the Promotion Period and for any or no reason at all in Administrator’s sole discretion.
Further, each Promotion Video:
must be suitable for public display, in the sole determination of the Contest Entities;
must be delivered by uploading the Video, to the CBSI Service;
must not include any person other than the Participant;
must not include lyrics, music, sound recordings, video works, audio-visual works or any third-party creative element without the express written permission of such third party;
must be created by Participant;
must not have been created using artificial intelligence (“AI”) of any kind; and
must satisfy all eligibility requirements set forth herein.
7. Prize: The Contest will award (5) prizes (each referred to herein as the “Prize” or collectively “Prizes”) that each consist of a 5-day/4-night trip to Fiji for the Participant and up to 4 guests (the guests shall be referred to herein as the “Tribe”) during the filming of Survivor 50 (the “Series”). Each Tribe member must be at least thirteen (13) years of age or older and any Tribe members under the age of eighteen (18) must travel with both parents and/or legal guardians. Trip includes up to five (5) round-trip economy class airline tickets for the Winner to Fiji from a single major U.S. gateway airport nearest Winner's home (as determined by Sponsor) and each member of the Tribe must leave from that same airport, double/triple occupancy standard hotel accommodations for four (4) nights/five (5) days and ground transfers in Fiji from hotel to the Series’ set. Approximate retail value of each Prize may be up to Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($17,500.00). If the actual value of the Prize is less than said amount, Winner will not receive the difference in value.
Prize Restrictions. Winners and their Tribes must conduct themselves at all times in an appropriate, well-behaved and courteous manner at all times, including in conjunction with the trip and the Series’ set visit. Without limitation, each Winner and their Tribe must wear appropriate attire (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); follow all instructions of Series personnel; and refrain from insulting, antagonizing or embarrassing any talent, guests or staff on the Series. Each Winner and each Tribe member agree that, as between themselves on the one hand, and Sponsor on the other, Sponsor will own any and all rights to any results or proceeds from any work created as a part of their Series’ set visit; and, Winners agree, upon Sponsor’s request and without compensation other than the Prize, to sign any grant of rights/assignment of rights, to record, perfect or effect such intent. Each Winner further agree to assist Sponsor in obtaining signed releases by all Tribe member prior to travel, and acknowledges that any Tribe member who does not sign the releases will not be permitted to travel. Talent on the Show may (or may not) in their sole discretion sign autographs for or pose for “selfies” with Winners, without liability of any kind. Trip is subject to Sponsor's production schedules. If the Winner(s) cannot take the trip to Fiji on the date specified by the Sponsor, the Sponsor may disqualify the Winner(s) with Sponsor not having any liability to Winner under any legal theory and may chose an alternate Winner. If a production is canceled, rescheduled (or, if for any reason, Sponsor is unable to provide the trip to Fiji as described, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Winner(s), other than provide the a trip for up to five (5) to Fiji (to be taken within 12 months from June 30, 2025, or the trip will be forfeited), with no other components of the Series included in the description of the Prize above; no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in Prize value. All other expenses relating to acceptance of the Prize not explicitly stated herein, including but not limited to taxes, meals, beverages, alcoholic beverages and gratuities are the sole responsibility of Winner(s). Certain travel restrictions may apply. Actual value of the Prize may vary based on departure city and dates of travel. Specifics of Prize travel package are subject to availability and Sponsor's sole discretion. Complete terms and conditions of Prize trip will be furnished with Prize notification. Travel must be made through Sponsor's agent on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Winner(s) must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Winner(s) are required to have reached the age of majority in his/her state of residence and each will be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release, as well as any other documents required by the Contest Entities prior to ticketing. Prize(s) are nontransferable. All taxes, including but not limited to federal, state, local, income and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner(s). No assignment, transfer or substitution of a Prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize with a prize of comparable or greater value. Prize(s) is solely for personal use and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion. All other costs and expenses not specified herein, if any, are the responsibility of the Winner(s). Prizes' details are at the sole discretion of the Contest Entities.
8. Prize Taxes. All federal, state, local and other tax liabilities arising from this Contest, including, without limitation, winning a Prize, will be the sole responsibility of the Winner(s). For prizes valued at $600 or above (i.e., the Prize), the Winner will be issued an IRS 1099 tax form for the value of their Prize.
9. Winner Notification: The Winner(s) will be notified at the end of the Promotion Period. The potential Winner(s) will be notified by email and/or by phone. If a potential Winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during three (3) business days from the first notification attempt, such person may be disqualified at the discretion of the Administrator, with alternate Winner(s) selected in accordance with these Official Rules.
10. Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and Publicity Release. In order to receive the Prize, the potential Winner(s) and their guests will all be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release (collectively, the "Release Forms") within three (3) days of notification of winning. Failure to properly execute and return Release Forms in a timely manner, or if the Prize notification or the Prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if the Winner(s) is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, may result in disqualification with an alternate Winner selected in accordance with these Official Rules.
11. Publicity Release Terms. Except where prohibited by law, the Winners’ acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Contest Entities to use the Winners’ name, video, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and address (city and state) worldwide and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation solely in connection with the Contest and identifying the Winner(s).
12. Improper Conduct. Administrator, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participation in or use of any or all portions of this Contest, and refuse to award the Prize, if entrant engages in any conduct Administrator deems to be improper, unfair or otherwise adverse to the operation of the Contest or detrimental to other entrants of the Contest. Such improper conduct includes, without limitation, falsifying personal information required during entrant registration or the Prize claim, violating any term or condition stated herein, accumulating entries through methods such as automated computer scripts or any other programming techniques, allowing others to use entrant's personal information for the purpose of accumulating entries, or intentionally trying to defraud, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise tamper with the computer programs in connection with this Contest (the preceding includes but is not limited to any attempted manipulation of the public voting phase of the Contest). Entrants agree that Administrator may void any part of a Prize that entrant may have won and/or require the return of any part of a Prize that entrant may have won as a result of such improper conduct. Entrant further acknowledges that any forfeiture of a Prize and/or return of the any part of a Prize shall in no way prevent Contest Entities from pursuing other avenues of recourse such as criminal or civil proceedings in connection with such conduct. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST OR TO DEFRAUD THE CONTEST ENTITIES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, EACH OF THE CONTEST ENTITIES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
13. Integrity of Contest. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which Administrator, in its sole opinion, believes could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest and select the Prize Winner(s) from entries received prior to the action taken or in such other manner as Administrator may deem fair and appropriate.
14. Lost or Corrupted Entries. The Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you hereby forever waive any rights to any claim in connection with, lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries or mail, if applicable; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information. The Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by registration information submitted by end users or tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest, and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Contest.
15. Damaged Property. Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you hereby forever waive any rights to any claim in connection with, injury or damage to any entrants or to any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from this Contest.
16. Contest Errors. The Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you hereby forever waive any rights to any claim in connection with, errors and/or ambiguity: (a) in the Contest; (b) in any related advertising, marketing or promotions of this Contest; and/or (c) in these Official Rules. In the event of any ambiguity(s) or error(s) in these Official Rules, Administrator reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes or to correct any such ambiguity or error(s) without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Contest.
17. Prize(s) and Winner(s). The Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, dealers and advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you/entrant hereby forever waive/s any rights to any claim in connection with, the selection and announcement of the Winner(s), the distribution of the Prize(s), the acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of any part of the Prize(s) and/or any injury or damage to any entrant's or third party's person (including death) or property related to or resulting from any part of the Prize(s) or any part of this Contest.
18. Release and Indemnity. Each entrant in this Contest, including, without limitation, the Winner(s), hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless the Contest Entities and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, advertising, marketing and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents and assigns from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize(s), participation in this Contest and participation in any activity related to this Contest.
19. Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT WILL THE CONTEST ENTITIES, THEIR PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, DEALERS AND RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR ADVERTISING, MARKETING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE CONTEST, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE CONTEST OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM THE CONTEST. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties. THE CONTEST & PRIZE(S) ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
21. Identity Disputes. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. For purposes of these Official Rules, "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
22. Binding Arbitration. The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules and/or this Contest. Any controversy or claim, arising out of, or relating to, these Official Rules and/or this Contest shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of JAMS. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of California, in the City of Los Angeles and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Contest is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Administrator in connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof, and any matters or proceedings which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in Section 22 of these Official Rules and/or for entering any judgment on an arbitration award, shall take place in the State of California, in the City of Los Angeles.
24. Winners List/Official Rules: For the name(s) of the Winner(s), send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by May 29, 2025 to Survivor Fan Competition c/o CBS Interactive Inc., 1401 W. Cypress Creek Rd., Suite 200, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. For Official Rules send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the above address marked "Official Rules Survivor Fan Competition - Rules for receipt by April 14, 2025. Residents from VT may omit postage on the self-address envelope requesting a copy of the Official Rules. The name(s) of the Prize Winner(s) may, and Official Rules will, be posted on the CBSI Service.

(collectively, “Greenfly” or “we” or “us” or “our”) , you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions (the “Terms of Use” or “Terms”), incorporated herein by reference. - You shall be solely responsible for your own Content and the consequences of submitting and publishing your Content on the Site. You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish Content you submit. By making any Content available through the Site, you grant to Greenfly a nonexclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, fully sublicensable through multiple tiers (including to Greenfly’s customers), worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon, publicly display, publicly perform, and distribute your Content for any purpose.
- You will not submit any Content to the Service that is (i) false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous or (ii) obscene, hateful, threatening, pornographic, or that contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence; (iii) that will infringe, misappropriate, or violate a third party's intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy, or result in the violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (iv) that contains images of any other person unless you have their consent.

5. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Greenfly, its parent corporation, officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Site; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms of Use; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your Content caused damage to a third party. 6. Ability to Accept Terms of Use
You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Use, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Use. In any case, you affirm that you are over the age of 13, as the Site is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use the Site. 7. General
These Terms of Use, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you (including by change of control or operation of law), but may be assigned by Greenfly without restriction. You agree that: (i) the Site shall be deemed solely based in California; and (ii) the Site shall be deemed a passive website that does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over Greenfly, either specific or general, in jurisdictions other than California. These Terms of Use shall be governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of California, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. Any claim or dispute between you and Greenfly that arises in whole or in part from the Site or our use of Content shall be decided exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Los Angeles, California. Contest Description:
Each Participant (as defined below) entering the “Survivor Fan Contest” (the “Contest”) will upload a video of themselves explaining what Survivor means to them and their “Tribes” (the “Video”), to the website accessible at https://gf.fan/cbs/survivorfanfiji (the “CBSI Service”). See the requirement/specification details, in Section 6 below, for the Video entries. From all eligible Videos entered in the Contest, the five (5) Winners (as defined below) Videos will be chosen in accordance with this Official Rules (as defined below).
1. Acceptance of Official Rules. By you entering the Contest operated on the CBSI Service, you ("you" or "Participant") hereby accept and agree to these official rules (the "Official Rules") of this Contest, and the decisions of the Administrator in connection with this Contest, whose decisions are final.
If you are a wireless services subscriber and have a smart phone, tablet or other wireless device that allows you to access this Contest, you may also enter this Contest via any of those devices during the Entry Period (as defined below). If you choose to enter via wireless device, you may be charged data rates according to the Terms and Conditions of your Service Agreement with your wireless carrier.
2. Eligibility. This Contest is offered and open to persons who are: (a) legal residents of one (1) of the United States (including Puerto Rico) or the District of Columbia; and (b) at least 18 years old or age of majority, whichever is older in their state of residence, at the date of entry into this Contest. Employees, independent contractors and directors, and their immediate family members, of the Contest Entities and/or Paramount Global, CBS, CBS Survivor Productions, Inc., MGM Television, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc., DJB Holdco, LLC, Survivor Productions, LLC, SEG Holdco, LLC (collectively “Producers”) and their respective parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies and legal and financial advisors, or anyone who is in any way involved with the Series (as defined below), including without limitations to persons who have appeared on the Series, are not eligible to participate in this Contest. For purpose of the foregoing, "immediate family" mean parents, spouses, children, siblings or any members of the same households of such employees, independent contractors and directors (whether related or not). This Contest is void in all US Territories and Possessions (except Puerto Rico), and where prohibited by law.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, PARTICIPANT(S) AGREE THAT THE CONTEST ENTITIES, THE ADMINISTRATOR OR PRODUCERS MAY, AT THEIR OPTION, CONDUCT A BACKGROUND CHECK CONCERNING YOU, AND THAT, AT ANY TIME AFTER THE BACKGROUND CHECK IS INITIATED, THE CONTEST ENTITIES, THE ADMINISTRATOR OR PRODUCERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY PARTICIPANT(S) ON THE BASIS OF ANYTHING CONTAINED IN, OR OBTAINED AS A RESULT OF, THE BACKGROUND CHECK. SELECTED PARTICIPANT(S) WILL BE REQUIRED TO TIMELY SIGN WAIVER FORMS AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF PERSONAL AND BACKGROUND INFORMATION AND TO COMPLETE A BACKGROUND QUESTIONNAIRE IN A TRUTHFUL MANNER AS WELL AS TO POSSIBLY OTHERWISE COOPERATE IN THE CONDUCT OF THE BACKGROUND CHECK. THE RESULTS OF THE BACKGROUND CHECK ARE FINAL AND BINDING AND NOT SUBJECT TO APPEAL. PARTICIPANTS AND/OR WINNER(S) MAY ALSO BE REQUIRED TO EXECUTE CERTAIN ADDITIONAL RELEASES AND/OR AGREEMENTS WITH CONTEST ENTITIES TO PARTICIPATE AND/OR TO RECEIVE A PRIZE IN THE CONTEST. IF PARTICIPANT IS DISQUALIFIED BASED ON THE RESULTS OF THE BACKGROUND CHECK, SUCH PARTICIPANT WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY COMPENSATION OF ANY KIND AND THE CONTEST ENTITIES AND ADMINISTRATOR SHALL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO THEM UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY.
3. Promotion Period. The Contest begins on February 22, 2025 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on March 30, 2025 (end date is subject to scheduling changes) (the "Promotion Period"). Once the Entry Period ends, the judging panel, comprised of employees of the Contest Entities, will commence to review all qualifying Video entries received during the Entry Period. The judging panel will select up to five (5) videos (the “Winners”), based on the judging criteria as detailed in a Section 5 below. The judging panel will select, based on the judging criteria, the winning Videos The winning Videos shall be announced on April 28,2025.
4. How to Enter: During the Entry Period, Participants need to access the CBSI Service at https://gf.fan/cbs/survivorfanfiji fill in the entry form, and upload their Video in order to be entered into the Contest. Video must be uploaded during the same online session that Participant submits the completed entry form. Once submitted, Videos cannot be amended or modified by Participant. Receipt of entry may be acknowledged, and, in such event, the acknowledgement shall not be binding on Contest Entities. Submission of an entry does not constitute proof of receipt of same or proof of entry in the Contest.
Participants (regardless of their ultimate eligibility), by uploading the Video on the CBSI Service, you give the Contest Entities a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty free license to publish the Video on the CBSI Service, the Show and any other media property of CBS and/or CBSI, with no compensation or consideration to you other than the prize if determined to be a Winner as per these Official Rules. Administrator and Contest Entities reserves the right to reproduce the Videos in full or edit and enhance the Videos at their discretion. (However, Videos will not be edited/enhanced in conjunction with the determination of winners in the Contest.) CBS and/or CBSI are authorized to use the Videos as they see fit, including usage in advertising. Videos uploaded to the CBSI Service will not be returned to Participants. By uploading the Video to the CBSI Service, you further understand and agree that the Video as posted on the CBSI Service may differ from the Video as submitted by you due to technological failures/malfunctions/limitations or similar issues; and, in such case, the Contest Entities will not have any liability of any kind. Administrator as well as Contest Entities will not be responsible for lost, late, corrupted, inaccessible, stolen, garbled, jumbled, damaged or misdirected entries regardless of cause.
You further waive any “Moral Rights of Authors” (“Droit Moral”) or similar natural rights of ownership that you may have in the Video under statutory or common law.
You understand and agree that the Contest Entities have wide access to ideas, stories, designs and other literary/artistic materials submitted to them by outside sources or being developed by their own employees and that such ideas/stories/designs/literary/artistic materials may be competitive with, similar to (or even identical to) your Video and that Contest Entities shall have no liability to you or any third party in conjunction therewith.
You further acknowledge that the Contest Entities do not have any duty of confidentiality or other fiduciary duty to you relative to the Video. ALL VIDEOS MAY BE PUBLISHED ON THE CBSI SERVICE.
VIDEO REPRESENTS SOLELY THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE APPLICABLE PARTICIPANT AND DOES NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE CONTEST ENTITIES IN ANY MANNER. SPONSOR IS MERELY ENCOURAGING PERSONS TO PROVIDE A VIDEO WITH THEIR OPINION ON WHY THE SERIES SURVIVOR IS IMPORTANT TO THEM AND THEIR TRIBE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CONTEST ENTITIES DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANY VIDEOS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LIABILITY FOR MODERATING, MONITORING OR REVIEWING THE CONTENT OF VIDEOS UPLOADED TO THE CBSI SERVICE. THE POSTING OF A VIDEO ON THE CBSI SERVICE DOES NOT REPRESENT ANY ENDORSEMENT OF THE CONTENT OF SUCH VIDEO BY ANY OF THE CONTEST ENTITIES.
5. Judging Criteria: During the Promotion Period all eligible Videos received will be judged, by the judging panel, based on the following criteria: (a) passion for Survivor (50%); (b) showcasing what Survivor means to them (20%); (c) inspiration and storytelling of the Video (20%); and (d) why their Tribe (a defined below) should come to Fiji (10%). In case of a tie, the five (5) Videos with the highest score for passion for Survivor will be the tie breaker. In case of a further tie, the five Videos with the highest score for showcasing what Survivor means to them will be the tie breaker. In case of a further tie, the five Videos with the highest score for inspiration and storytelling will be the tie breaker. Based on such judging criteria, the judging panel will choose the winning Videos. The five (5) Videos that receive the highest percentage from judging will each become a Winner in the Contest. ("Winner"). If there is a tie, same tie breaker process will be used as described above in this section. The Winners will be revealed on April 28,2025. A Participant may only submit one (1) Video entry. And, a given individual may only participate in the Contest once. In the event more than one Video of a Participant is submitted, only the first Video received will be considered. All Videos must comply with the Terms of Use of the CBSI Service, such Terms of Use are incorporated herein by reference. Should there be any inconsistency between these Official Rules and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use shall prevail, govern and control in all respects. If the Video does not comply with the Terms of Use, Contest Entities, at their sole discretion may disqualify the Video from the Contest. The results of the voting/judging are proprietary to Sponsor and, by uploading a Video, you agree to waive any right that you may have under any legal theory to review same.
Videos submitted after the Entry Period deadline will not be entered into the Contest.
6. Videos Requirements: Video(s) cannot be longer than 1 minute, in duration. Video(s) file(s) cannot exceed three hundred (300) Megabytes (MB) in size and will only be accepted if submitted in one of the formats prescribed on the CBSI Service. The Video must be an original creation of the Participant submitting the Video and only show the Participant on camera. And, a given individual may only participate in the Contest once. Any entry that does not meet the entry criteria described herein may be disqualified in Administrator’s sole discretion. The Video entry must be in English and must not be disparaging, abusive, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, offensive, illegal, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, offensive, indecent, in bad taste, reflect negatively on the Contest Entities or Series, promote or incite violence, terrorism, or illegal acts, or be otherwise objectionable (all as determined by the Contest Entities in their sole discretion). Additionally, the Video must not: i) infringe any third party's rights, including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or right of privacy and, must not in any way violate applicable laws and regulations; ii) contain libelous or otherwise defamatory statements (including but not limited to words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group); and iii) contain any commercial content that promotes any product or service or contain or reference any third party names, logos, service marks, trademarks, copyrights, trade names or trade dress. Video should not include any personally identifiable information (e.g., e-mail address, telephone number). The determination of whether a Video violates any of the above prohibitions shall be within the Administrator’s sole discretion. If a Video is deemed by the Administrator to violate any such prohibition(s), the Video may in the sole discretion of the Administrator be disqualified, removed from the CBSI Service and the Participant(s) shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest and/or win the prize (as defined below). Administrator reserves the right to take down any Video at any time during or after the Promotion Period and for any or no reason at all in Administrator’s sole discretion.
Further, each Promotion Video:
must be suitable for public display, in the sole determination of the Contest Entities;
must be delivered by uploading the Video, to the CBSI Service;
must not include any person other than the Participant;
must not include lyrics, music, sound recordings, video works, audio-visual works or any third-party creative element without the express written permission of such third party;
must be created by Participant;
must not have been created using artificial intelligence (“AI”) of any kind; and
must satisfy all eligibility requirements set forth herein.
7. Prize: The Contest will award (5) prizes (each referred to herein as the “Prize” or collectively “Prizes”) that each consist of a 5-day/4-night trip to Fiji for the Participant and up to 4 guests (the guests shall be referred to herein as the “Tribe”) during the filming of Survivor 50 (the “Series”). Each Tribe member must be at least thirteen (13) years of age or older and any Tribe members under the age of eighteen (18) must travel with both parents and/or legal guardians. Trip includes up to five (5) round-trip economy class airline tickets for the Winner to Fiji from a single major U.S. gateway airport nearest Winner's home (as determined by Sponsor) and each member of the Tribe must leave from that same airport, double/triple occupancy standard hotel accommodations for four (4) nights/five (5) days and ground transfers in Fiji from hotel to the Series’ set. Approximate retail value of each Prize may be up to Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($17,500.00). If the actual value of the Prize is less than said amount, Winner will not receive the difference in value.
Prize Restrictions. Winners and their Tribes must conduct themselves at all times in an appropriate, well-behaved and courteous manner at all times, including in conjunction with the trip and the Series’ set visit. Without limitation, each Winner and their Tribe must wear appropriate attire (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); follow all instructions of Series personnel; and refrain from insulting, antagonizing or embarrassing any talent, guests or staff on the Series. Each Winner and each Tribe member agree that, as between themselves on the one hand, and Sponsor on the other, Sponsor will own any and all rights to any results or proceeds from any work created as a part of their Series’ set visit; and, Winners agree, upon Sponsor’s request and without compensation other than the Prize, to sign any grant of rights/assignment of rights, to record, perfect or effect such intent. Each Winner further agree to assist Sponsor in obtaining signed releases by all Tribe member prior to travel, and acknowledges that any Tribe member who does not sign the releases will not be permitted to travel. Talent on the Show may (or may not) in their sole discretion sign autographs for or pose for “selfies” with Winners, without liability of any kind. Trip is subject to Sponsor's production schedules. If the Winner(s) cannot take the trip to Fiji on the date specified by the Sponsor, the Sponsor may disqualify the Winner(s) with Sponsor not having any liability to Winner under any legal theory and may chose an alternate Winner. If a production is canceled, rescheduled (or, if for any reason, Sponsor is unable to provide the trip to Fiji as described, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Winner(s), other than provide the a trip for up to five (5) to Fiji (to be taken within 12 months from June 30, 2025, or the trip will be forfeited), with no other components of the Series included in the description of the Prize above; no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in Prize value. All other expenses relating to acceptance of the Prize not explicitly stated herein, including but not limited to taxes, meals, beverages, alcoholic beverages and gratuities are the sole responsibility of Winner(s). Certain travel restrictions may apply. Actual value of the Prize may vary based on departure city and dates of travel. Specifics of Prize travel package are subject to availability and Sponsor's sole discretion. Complete terms and conditions of Prize trip will be furnished with Prize notification. Travel must be made through Sponsor's agent on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Winner(s) must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Winner(s) are required to have reached the age of majority in his/her state of residence and each will be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release, as well as any other documents required by the Contest Entities prior to ticketing. Prize(s) are nontransferable. All taxes, including but not limited to federal, state, local, income and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner(s). No assignment, transfer or substitution of a Prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize with a prize of comparable or greater value. Prize(s) is solely for personal use and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion. All other costs and expenses not specified herein, if any, are the responsibility of the Winner(s). Prizes' details are at the sole discretion of the Contest Entities.
8. Prize Taxes. All federal, state, local and other tax liabilities arising from this Contest, including, without limitation, winning a Prize, will be the sole responsibility of the Winner(s). For prizes valued at $600 or above (i.e., the Prize), the Winner will be issued an IRS 1099 tax form for the value of their Prize.
9. Winner Notification: The Winner(s) will be notified at the end of the Promotion Period. The potential Winner(s) will be notified by email and/or by phone. If a potential Winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during three (3) business days from the first notification attempt, such person may be disqualified at the discretion of the Administrator, with alternate Winner(s) selected in accordance with these Official Rules.
10. Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and Publicity Release. In order to receive the Prize, the potential Winner(s) and their guests will all be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release (collectively, the "Release Forms") within three (3) days of notification of winning. Failure to properly execute and return Release Forms in a timely manner, or if the Prize notification or the Prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if the Winner(s) is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, may result in disqualification with an alternate Winner selected in accordance with these Official Rules.
11. Publicity Release Terms. Except where prohibited by law, the Winners’ acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Contest Entities to use the Winners’ name, video, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and address (city and state) worldwide and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation solely in connection with the Contest and identifying the Winner(s).
12. Improper Conduct. Administrator, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participation in or use of any or all portions of this Contest, and refuse to award the Prize, if entrant engages in any conduct Administrator deems to be improper, unfair or otherwise adverse to the operation of the Contest or detrimental to other entrants of the Contest. Such improper conduct includes, without limitation, falsifying personal information required during entrant registration or the Prize claim, violating any term or condition stated herein, accumulating entries through methods such as automated computer scripts or any other programming techniques, allowing others to use entrant's personal information for the purpose of accumulating entries, or intentionally trying to defraud, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise tamper with the computer programs in connection with this Contest (the preceding includes but is not limited to any attempted manipulation of the public voting phase of the Contest). Entrants agree that Administrator may void any part of a Prize that entrant may have won and/or require the return of any part of a Prize that entrant may have won as a result of such improper conduct. Entrant further acknowledges that any forfeiture of a Prize and/or return of the any part of a Prize shall in no way prevent Contest Entities from pursuing other avenues of recourse such as criminal or civil proceedings in connection with such conduct. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST OR TO DEFRAUD THE CONTEST ENTITIES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, EACH OF THE CONTEST ENTITIES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
13. Integrity of Contest. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which Administrator, in its sole opinion, believes could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest and select the Prize Winner(s) from entries received prior to the action taken or in such other manner as Administrator may deem fair and appropriate.
14. Lost or Corrupted Entries. The Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you hereby forever waive any rights to any claim in connection with, lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries or mail, if applicable; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information. The Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by registration information submitted by end users or tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest, and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Contest.
15. Damaged Property. Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you hereby forever waive any rights to any claim in connection with, injury or damage to any entrants or to any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from this Contest.
16. Contest Errors. The Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you hereby forever waive any rights to any claim in connection with, errors and/or ambiguity: (a) in the Contest; (b) in any related advertising, marketing or promotions of this Contest; and/or (c) in these Official Rules. In the event of any ambiguity(s) or error(s) in these Official Rules, Administrator reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes or to correct any such ambiguity or error(s) without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Contest.
17. Prize(s) and Winner(s). The Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, dealers and advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you/entrant hereby forever waive/s any rights to any claim in connection with, the selection and announcement of the Winner(s), the distribution of the Prize(s), the acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of any part of the Prize(s) and/or any injury or damage to any entrant's or third party's person (including death) or property related to or resulting from any part of the Prize(s) or any part of this Contest.
18. Release and Indemnity. Each entrant in this Contest, including, without limitation, the Winner(s), hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless the Contest Entities and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, advertising, marketing and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents and assigns from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize(s), participation in this Contest and participation in any activity related to this Contest.
19. Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT WILL THE CONTEST ENTITIES, THEIR PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, DEALERS AND RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR ADVERTISING, MARKETING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE CONTEST, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE CONTEST OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM THE CONTEST. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. 20. Disclaimer of Warranties. THE CONTEST & PRIZE(S) ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
21. Identity Disputes. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. For purposes of these Official Rules, "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
22. Binding Arbitration. The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules and/or this Contest. Any controversy or claim, arising out of, or relating to, these Official Rules and/or this Contest shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of JAMS. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of California, in the City of Los Angeles and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Contest is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Administrator in connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof, and any matters or proceedings which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in Section 22 of these Official Rules and/or for entering any judgment on an arbitration award, shall take place in the State of California, in the City of Los Angeles.
24. Winners List/Official Rules: For the name(s) of the Winner(s), send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by May 29, 2025 to Survivor Fan Competition c/o CBS Interactive Inc., 1401 W. Cypress Creek Rd., Suite 200, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. For Official Rules send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the above address marked "Official Rules Survivor Fan Competition - Rules for receipt by April 14, 2025. Residents from VT may omit postage on the self-address envelope requesting a copy of the Official Rules. The name(s) of the Prize Winner(s) may, and Official Rules will, be posted on the CBSI Service.

Survivor Fan Contest Official Contest Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. CONTEST IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES (INCLUDING PUERTO RICO) AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD OR AGE OF MAJORITY, WHICHEVER IS OLDER IN STATE OF RESIDENCE, AT DATE OF ENTRY. VOID IN ALL US TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS (EXCEPT PUERTO RICO) AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any social media platform and/or any video content creation platform in any way.
Contest Description:
Each Participant (as defined below) entering the “Survivor Fan Contest” (the “Contest”) will upload a video of themselves explaining what Survivor means to them and their “Tribes” (the “Video”), to the website accessible at https://gf.fan/cbs/survivorfanfiji (the “CBSI Service”). See the requirement/specification details, in Section 6 below, for the Video entries. From all eligible Videos entered in the Contest, the five (5) Winners (as defined below) Videos will be chosen in accordance with this Official Rules (as defined below).
1. Acceptance of Official Rules. By you entering the Contest operated on the CBSI Service, you ("you" or "Participant") hereby accept and agree to these official rules (the "Official Rules") of this Contest, and the decisions of the Administrator in connection with this Contest, whose decisions are final.
If you are a wireless services subscriber and have a smart phone, tablet or other wireless device that allows you to access this Contest, you may also enter this Contest via any of those devices during the Entry Period (as defined below). If you choose to enter via wireless device, you may be charged data rates according to the Terms and Conditions of your Service Agreement with your wireless carrier.
2. Eligibility. This Contest is offered and open to persons who are: (a) legal residents of one (1) of the United States (including Puerto Rico) or the District of Columbia; and (b) at least 18 years old or age of majority, whichever is older in their state of residence, at the date of entry into this Contest. Employees, independent contractors and directors, and their immediate family members, of the Contest Entities and/or Paramount Global, CBS, CBS Survivor Productions, Inc., MGM Television, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc., DJB Holdco, LLC, Survivor Productions, LLC, SEG Holdco, LLC (collectively “Producers”) and their respective parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies and legal and financial advisors, or anyone who is in any way involved with the Series (as defined below), including without limitations to persons who have appeared on the Series, are not eligible to participate in this Contest. For purpose of the foregoing, "immediate family" mean parents, spouses, children, siblings or any members of the same households of such employees, independent contractors and directors (whether related or not). This Contest is void in all US Territories and Possessions (except Puerto Rico), and where prohibited by law.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, PARTICIPANT(S) AGREE THAT THE CONTEST ENTITIES, THE ADMINISTRATOR OR PRODUCERS MAY, AT THEIR OPTION, CONDUCT A BACKGROUND CHECK CONCERNING YOU, AND THAT, AT ANY TIME AFTER THE BACKGROUND CHECK IS INITIATED, THE CONTEST ENTITIES, THE ADMINISTRATOR OR PRODUCERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY PARTICIPANT(S) ON THE BASIS OF ANYTHING CONTAINED IN, OR OBTAINED AS A RESULT OF, THE BACKGROUND CHECK. SELECTED PARTICIPANT(S) WILL BE REQUIRED TO TIMELY SIGN WAIVER FORMS AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF PERSONAL AND BACKGROUND INFORMATION AND TO COMPLETE A BACKGROUND QUESTIONNAIRE IN A TRUTHFUL MANNER AS WELL AS TO POSSIBLY OTHERWISE COOPERATE IN THE CONDUCT OF THE BACKGROUND CHECK. THE RESULTS OF THE BACKGROUND CHECK ARE FINAL AND BINDING AND NOT SUBJECT TO APPEAL. PARTICIPANTS AND/OR WINNER(S) MAY ALSO BE REQUIRED TO EXECUTE CERTAIN ADDITIONAL RELEASES AND/OR AGREEMENTS WITH CONTEST ENTITIES TO PARTICIPATE AND/OR TO RECEIVE A PRIZE IN THE CONTEST. IF PARTICIPANT IS DISQUALIFIED BASED ON THE RESULTS OF THE BACKGROUND CHECK, SUCH PARTICIPANT WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY COMPENSATION OF ANY KIND AND THE CONTEST ENTITIES AND ADMINISTRATOR SHALL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO THEM UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY.
3. Promotion Period. The Contest begins on February 22, 2025 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on March 30, 2025 (end date is subject to scheduling changes) (the "Promotion Period"). Once the Entry Period ends, the judging panel, comprised of employees of the Contest Entities, will commence to review all qualifying Video entries received during the Entry Period. The judging panel will select up to five (5) videos (the “Winners”), based on the judging criteria as detailed in a Section 5 below. The judging panel will select, based on the judging criteria, the winning Videos The winning Videos shall be announced on April 28,2025.
4. How to Enter: During the Entry Period, Participants need to access the CBSI Service at https://gf.fan/cbs/survivorfanfiji fill in the entry form, and upload their Video in order to be entered into the Contest. Video must be uploaded during the same online session that Participant submits the completed entry form. Once submitted, Videos cannot be amended or modified by Participant. Receipt of entry may be acknowledged, and, in such event, the acknowledgement shall not be binding on Contest Entities. Submission of an entry does not constitute proof of receipt of same or proof of entry in the Contest.
Participants (regardless of their ultimate eligibility), by uploading the Video on the CBSI Service, you give the Contest Entities a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty free license to publish the Video on the CBSI Service, the Show and any other media property of CBS and/or CBSI, with no compensation or consideration to you other than the prize if determined to be a Winner as per these Official Rules. Administrator and Contest Entities reserves the right to reproduce the Videos in full or edit and enhance the Videos at their discretion. (However, Videos will not be edited/enhanced in conjunction with the determination of winners in the Contest.) CBS and/or CBSI are authorized to use the Videos as they see fit, including usage in advertising. Videos uploaded to the CBSI Service will not be returned to Participants. By uploading the Video to the CBSI Service, you further understand and agree that the Video as posted on the CBSI Service may differ from the Video as submitted by you due to technological failures/malfunctions/limitations or similar issues; and, in such case, the Contest Entities will not have any liability of any kind. Administrator as well as Contest Entities will not be responsible for lost, late, corrupted, inaccessible, stolen, garbled, jumbled, damaged or misdirected entries regardless of cause.
You further waive any “Moral Rights of Authors” (“Droit Moral”) or similar natural rights of ownership that you may have in the Video under statutory or common law.
You understand and agree that the Contest Entities have wide access to ideas, stories, designs and other literary/artistic materials submitted to them by outside sources or being developed by their own employees and that such ideas/stories/designs/literary/artistic materials may be competitive with, similar to (or even identical to) your Video and that Contest Entities shall have no liability to you or any third party in conjunction therewith.
You further acknowledge that the Contest Entities do not have any duty of confidentiality or other fiduciary duty to you relative to the Video. ALL VIDEOS MAY BE PUBLISHED ON THE CBSI SERVICE.
VIDEO REPRESENTS SOLELY THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE APPLICABLE PARTICIPANT AND DOES NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE CONTEST ENTITIES IN ANY MANNER. SPONSOR IS MERELY ENCOURAGING PERSONS TO PROVIDE A VIDEO WITH THEIR OPINION ON WHY THE SERIES SURVIVOR IS IMPORTANT TO THEM AND THEIR TRIBE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CONTEST ENTITIES DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANY VIDEOS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LIABILITY FOR MODERATING, MONITORING OR REVIEWING THE CONTENT OF VIDEOS UPLOADED TO THE CBSI SERVICE. THE POSTING OF A VIDEO ON THE CBSI SERVICE DOES NOT REPRESENT ANY ENDORSEMENT OF THE CONTENT OF SUCH VIDEO BY ANY OF THE CONTEST ENTITIES.
5. Judging Criteria: During the Promotion Period all eligible Videos received will be judged, by the judging panel, based on the following criteria: (a) passion for Survivor (50%); (b) showcasing what Survivor means to them (20%); (c) inspiration and storytelling of the Video (20%); and (d) why their Tribe (a defined below) should come to Fiji (10%). In case of a tie, the five (5) Videos with the highest score for passion for Survivor will be the tie breaker. In case of a further tie, the five Videos with the highest score for showcasing what Survivor means to them will be the tie breaker. In case of a further tie, the five Videos with the highest score for inspiration and storytelling will be the tie breaker. Based on such judging criteria, the judging panel will choose the winning Videos. The five (5) Videos that receive the highest percentage from judging will each become a Winner in the Contest. ("Winner"). If there is a tie, same tie breaker process will be used as described above in this section. The Winners will be revealed on April 28,2025. A Participant may only submit one (1) Video entry. And, a given individual may only participate in the Contest once. In the event more than one Video of a Participant is submitted, only the first Video received will be considered. All Videos must comply with the Terms of Use of the CBSI Service, such Terms of Use are incorporated herein by reference. Should there be any inconsistency between these Official Rules and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use shall prevail, govern and control in all respects. If the Video does not comply with the Terms of Use, Contest Entities, at their sole discretion may disqualify the Video from the Contest. The results of the voting/judging are proprietary to Sponsor and, by uploading a Video, you agree to waive any right that you may have under any legal theory to review same.
Videos submitted after the Entry Period deadline will not be entered into the Contest.
6. Videos Requirements: Video(s) cannot be longer than 1 minute, in duration. Video(s) file(s) cannot exceed three hundred (300) Megabytes (MB) in size and will only be accepted if submitted in one of the formats prescribed on the CBSI Service. The Video must be an original creation of the Participant submitting the Video and only show the Participant on camera. And, a given individual may only participate in the Contest once. Any entry that does not meet the entry criteria described herein may be disqualified in Administrator’s sole discretion. The Video entry must be in English and must not be disparaging, abusive, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, offensive, illegal, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, offensive, indecent, in bad taste, reflect negatively on the Contest Entities or Series, promote or incite violence, terrorism, or illegal acts, or be otherwise objectionable (all as determined by the Contest Entities in their sole discretion). Additionally, the Video must not: i) infringe any third party's rights, including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or right of privacy and, must not in any way violate applicable laws and regulations; ii) contain libelous or otherwise defamatory statements (including but not limited to words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group); and iii) contain any commercial content that promotes any product or service or contain or reference any third party names, logos, service marks, trademarks, copyrights, trade names or trade dress. Video should not include any personally identifiable information (e.g., e-mail address, telephone number). The determination of whether a Video violates any of the above prohibitions shall be within the Administrator’s sole discretion. If a Video is deemed by the Administrator to violate any such prohibition(s), the Video may in the sole discretion of the Administrator be disqualified, removed from the CBSI Service and the Participant(s) shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest and/or win the prize (as defined below). Administrator reserves the right to take down any Video at any time during or after the Promotion Period and for any or no reason at all in Administrator’s sole discretion.
Further, each Promotion Video:
must be suitable for public display, in the sole determination of the Contest Entities;
must be delivered by uploading the Video, to the CBSI Service;
must not include any person other than the Participant;
must not include lyrics, music, sound recordings, video works, audio-visual works or any third-party creative element without the express written permission of such third party;
must be created by Participant;
must not have been created using artificial intelligence (“AI”) of any kind; and
must satisfy all eligibility requirements set forth herein.
7. Prize: The Contest will award (5) prizes (each referred to herein as the “Prize” or collectively “Prizes”) that each consist of a 5-day/4-night trip to Fiji for the Participant and up to 4 guests (the guests shall be referred to herein as the “Tribe”) during the filming of Survivor 50 (the “Series”). Each Tribe member must be at least thirteen (13) years of age or older and any Tribe members under the age of eighteen (18) must travel with both parents and/or legal guardians. Trip includes up to five (5) round-trip economy class airline tickets for the Winner to Fiji from a single major U.S. gateway airport nearest Winner's home (as determined by Sponsor) and each member of the Tribe must leave from that same airport, double/triple occupancy standard hotel accommodations for four (4) nights/five (5) days and ground transfers in Fiji from hotel to the Series’ set. Approximate retail value of each Prize may be up to Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($17,500.00). If the actual value of the Prize is less than said amount, Winner will not receive the difference in value.
Prize Restrictions. Winners and their Tribes must conduct themselves at all times in an appropriate, well-behaved and courteous manner at all times, including in conjunction with the trip and the Series’ set visit. Without limitation, each Winner and their Tribe must wear appropriate attire (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); follow all instructions of Series personnel; and refrain from insulting, antagonizing or embarrassing any talent, guests or staff on the Series. Each Winner and each Tribe member agree that, as between themselves on the one hand, and Sponsor on the other, Sponsor will own any and all rights to any results or proceeds from any work created as a part of their Series’ set visit; and, Winners agree, upon Sponsor’s request and without compensation other than the Prize, to sign any grant of rights/assignment of rights, to record, perfect or effect such intent. Each Winner further agree to assist Sponsor in obtaining signed releases by all Tribe member prior to travel, and acknowledges that any Tribe member who does not sign the releases will not be permitted to travel. Talent on the Show may (or may not) in their sole discretion sign autographs for or pose for “selfies” with Winners, without liability of any kind. Trip is subject to Sponsor's production schedules. If the Winner(s) cannot take the trip to Fiji on the date specified by the Sponsor, the Sponsor may disqualify the Winner(s) with Sponsor not having any liability to Winner under any legal theory and may chose an alternate Winner. If a production is canceled, rescheduled (or, if for any reason, Sponsor is unable to provide the trip to Fiji as described, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Winner(s), other than provide the a trip for up to five (5) to Fiji (to be taken within 12 months from June 30, 2025, or the trip will be forfeited), with no other components of the Series included in the description of the Prize above; no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in Prize value. All other expenses relating to acceptance of the Prize not explicitly stated herein, including but not limited to taxes, meals, beverages, alcoholic beverages and gratuities are the sole responsibility of Winner(s). Certain travel restrictions may apply. Actual value of the Prize may vary based on departure city and dates of travel. Specifics of Prize travel package are subject to availability and Sponsor's sole discretion. Complete terms and conditions of Prize trip will be furnished with Prize notification. Travel must be made through Sponsor's agent on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Winner(s) must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Winner(s) are required to have reached the age of majority in his/her state of residence and each will be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release, as well as any other documents required by the Contest Entities prior to ticketing. Prize(s) are nontransferable. All taxes, including but not limited to federal, state, local, income and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner(s). No assignment, transfer or substitution of a Prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize with a prize of comparable or greater value. Prize(s) is solely for personal use and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion. All other costs and expenses not specified herein, if any, are the responsibility of the Winner(s). Prizes' details are at the sole discretion of the Contest Entities.
8. Prize Taxes. All federal, state, local and other tax liabilities arising from this Contest, including, without limitation, winning a Prize, will be the sole responsibility of the Winner(s). For prizes valued at $600 or above (i.e., the Prize), the Winner will be issued an IRS 1099 tax form for the value of their Prize.
9. Winner Notification: The Winner(s) will be notified at the end of the Promotion Period. The potential Winner(s) will be notified by email and/or by phone. If a potential Winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during three (3) business days from the first notification attempt, such person may be disqualified at the discretion of the Administrator, with alternate Winner(s) selected in accordance with these Official Rules.
10. Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and Publicity Release. In order to receive the Prize, the potential Winner(s) and their guests will all be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release (collectively, the "Release Forms") within three (3) days of notification of winning. Failure to properly execute and return Release Forms in a timely manner, or if the Prize notification or the Prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if the Winner(s) is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, may result in disqualification with an alternate Winner selected in accordance with these Official Rules.
11. Publicity Release Terms. Except where prohibited by law, the Winners’ acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Contest Entities to use the Winners’ name, video, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and address (city and state) worldwide and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation solely in connection with the Contest and identifying the Winner(s).
12. Improper Conduct. Administrator, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participation in or use of any or all portions of this Contest, and refuse to award the Prize, if entrant engages in any conduct Administrator deems to be improper, unfair or otherwise adverse to the operation of the Contest or detrimental to other entrants of the Contest. Such improper conduct includes, without limitation, falsifying personal information required during entrant registration or the Prize claim, violating any term or condition stated herein, accumulating entries through methods such as automated computer scripts or any other programming techniques, allowing others to use entrant's personal information for the purpose of accumulating entries, or intentionally trying to defraud, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise tamper with the computer programs in connection with this Contest (the preceding includes but is not limited to any attempted manipulation of the public voting phase of the Contest). Entrants agree that Administrator may void any part of a Prize that entrant may have won and/or require the return of any part of a Prize that entrant may have won as a result of such improper conduct. Entrant further acknowledges that any forfeiture of a Prize and/or return of the any part of a Prize shall in no way prevent Contest Entities from pursuing other avenues of recourse such as criminal or civil proceedings in connection with such conduct. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST OR TO DEFRAUD THE CONTEST ENTITIES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, EACH OF THE CONTEST ENTITIES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
13. Integrity of Contest. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which Administrator, in its sole opinion, believes could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest and select the Prize Winner(s) from entries received prior to the action taken or in such other manner as Administrator may deem fair and appropriate.
14. Lost or Corrupted Entries. The Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you hereby forever waive any rights to any claim in connection with, lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries or mail, if applicable; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information. The Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by registration information submitted by end users or tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest, and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Contest.
15. Damaged Property. Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you hereby forever waive any rights to any claim in connection with, injury or damage to any entrants or to any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from this Contest.
16. Contest Errors. The Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you hereby forever waive any rights to any claim in connection with, errors and/or ambiguity: (a) in the Contest; (b) in any related advertising, marketing or promotions of this Contest; and/or (c) in these Official Rules. In the event of any ambiguity(s) or error(s) in these Official Rules, Administrator reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes or to correct any such ambiguity or error(s) without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Contest.
17. Prize(s) and Winner(s). The Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, dealers and advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you/entrant hereby forever waive/s any rights to any claim in connection with, the selection and announcement of the Winner(s), the distribution of the Prize(s), the acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of any part of the Prize(s) and/or any injury or damage to any entrant's or third party's person (including death) or property related to or resulting from any part of the Prize(s) or any part of this Contest.
18. Release and Indemnity. Each entrant in this Contest, including, without limitation, the Winner(s), hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless the Contest Entities and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, advertising, marketing and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents and assigns from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize(s), participation in this Contest and participation in any activity related to this Contest.
19. Limitation of Liability. 20. Disclaimer of Warranties. THE CONTEST & PRIZE(S) ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
21. Identity Disputes. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. For purposes of these Official Rules, "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
22. Binding Arbitration. The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules and/or this Contest. Any controversy or claim, arising out of, or relating to, these Official Rules and/or this Contest shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of JAMS. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of California, in the City of Los Angeles and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Contest is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Administrator in connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof, and any matters or proceedings which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in Section 22 of these Official Rules and/or for entering any judgment on an arbitration award, shall take place in the State of California, in the City of Los Angeles.
24. Winners List/Official Rules: For the name(s) of the Winner(s), send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by May 29, 2025 to Survivor Fan Competition c/o CBS Interactive Inc., 1401 W. Cypress Creek Rd., Suite 200, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. For Official Rules send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the above address marked "Official Rules Survivor Fan Competition - Rules for receipt by April 14, 2025. Residents from VT may omit postage on the self-address envelope requesting a copy of the Official Rules. The name(s) of the Prize Winner(s) may, and Official Rules will, be posted on the CBSI Service.

Contest Description:
Each Participant (as defined below) entering the “Survivor Fan Contest” (the “Contest”) will upload a video of themselves explaining what Survivor means to them and their “Tribes” (the “Video”), to the website accessible at https://gf.fan/cbs/survivorfanfiji (the “CBSI Service”). See the requirement/specification details, in Section 6 below, for the Video entries. From all eligible Videos entered in the Contest, the five (5) Winners (as defined below) Videos will be chosen in accordance with this Official Rules (as defined below).
1. Acceptance of Official Rules. By you entering the Contest operated on the CBSI Service, you ("you" or "Participant") hereby accept and agree to these official rules (the "Official Rules") of this Contest, and the decisions of the Administrator in connection with this Contest, whose decisions are final.
If you are a wireless services subscriber and have a smart phone, tablet or other wireless device that allows you to access this Contest, you may also enter this Contest via any of those devices during the Entry Period (as defined below). If you choose to enter via wireless device, you may be charged data rates according to the Terms and Conditions of your Service Agreement with your wireless carrier.
2. Eligibility. This Contest is offered and open to persons who are: (a) legal residents of one (1) of the United States (including Puerto Rico) or the District of Columbia; and (b) at least 18 years old or age of majority, whichever is older in their state of residence, at the date of entry into this Contest. Employees, independent contractors and directors, and their immediate family members, of the Contest Entities and/or Paramount Global, CBS, CBS Survivor Productions, Inc., MGM Television, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc., DJB Holdco, LLC, Survivor Productions, LLC, SEG Holdco, LLC (collectively “Producers”) and their respective parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies and legal and financial advisors, or anyone who is in any way involved with the Series (as defined below), including without limitations to persons who have appeared on the Series, are not eligible to participate in this Contest. For purpose of the foregoing, "immediate family" mean parents, spouses, children, siblings or any members of the same households of such employees, independent contractors and directors (whether related or not). This Contest is void in all US Territories and Possessions (except Puerto Rico), and where prohibited by law.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, PARTICIPANT(S) AGREE THAT THE CONTEST ENTITIES, THE ADMINISTRATOR OR PRODUCERS MAY, AT THEIR OPTION, CONDUCT A BACKGROUND CHECK CONCERNING YOU, AND THAT, AT ANY TIME AFTER THE BACKGROUND CHECK IS INITIATED, THE CONTEST ENTITIES, THE ADMINISTRATOR OR PRODUCERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY PARTICIPANT(S) ON THE BASIS OF ANYTHING CONTAINED IN, OR OBTAINED AS A RESULT OF, THE BACKGROUND CHECK. SELECTED PARTICIPANT(S) WILL BE REQUIRED TO TIMELY SIGN WAIVER FORMS AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF PERSONAL AND BACKGROUND INFORMATION AND TO COMPLETE A BACKGROUND QUESTIONNAIRE IN A TRUTHFUL MANNER AS WELL AS TO POSSIBLY OTHERWISE COOPERATE IN THE CONDUCT OF THE BACKGROUND CHECK. THE RESULTS OF THE BACKGROUND CHECK ARE FINAL AND BINDING AND NOT SUBJECT TO APPEAL. PARTICIPANTS AND/OR WINNER(S) MAY ALSO BE REQUIRED TO EXECUTE CERTAIN ADDITIONAL RELEASES AND/OR AGREEMENTS WITH CONTEST ENTITIES TO PARTICIPATE AND/OR TO RECEIVE A PRIZE IN THE CONTEST. IF PARTICIPANT IS DISQUALIFIED BASED ON THE RESULTS OF THE BACKGROUND CHECK, SUCH PARTICIPANT WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY COMPENSATION OF ANY KIND AND THE CONTEST ENTITIES AND ADMINISTRATOR SHALL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO THEM UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY.
3. Promotion Period. The Contest begins on February 22, 2025 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on March 30, 2025 (end date is subject to scheduling changes) (the "Promotion Period"). Once the Entry Period ends, the judging panel, comprised of employees of the Contest Entities, will commence to review all qualifying Video entries received during the Entry Period. The judging panel will select up to five (5) videos (the “Winners”), based on the judging criteria as detailed in a Section 5 below. The judging panel will select, based on the judging criteria, the winning Videos The winning Videos shall be announced on April 28,2025.
4. How to Enter: During the Entry Period, Participants need to access the CBSI Service at https://gf.fan/cbs/survivorfanfiji fill in the entry form, and upload their Video in order to be entered into the Contest. Video must be uploaded during the same online session that Participant submits the completed entry form. Once submitted, Videos cannot be amended or modified by Participant. Receipt of entry may be acknowledged, and, in such event, the acknowledgement shall not be binding on Contest Entities. Submission of an entry does not constitute proof of receipt of same or proof of entry in the Contest.
Participants (regardless of their ultimate eligibility), by uploading the Video on the CBSI Service, you give the Contest Entities a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty free license to publish the Video on the CBSI Service, the Show and any other media property of CBS and/or CBSI, with no compensation or consideration to you other than the prize if determined to be a Winner as per these Official Rules. Administrator and Contest Entities reserves the right to reproduce the Videos in full or edit and enhance the Videos at their discretion. (However, Videos will not be edited/enhanced in conjunction with the determination of winners in the Contest.) CBS and/or CBSI are authorized to use the Videos as they see fit, including usage in advertising. Videos uploaded to the CBSI Service will not be returned to Participants. By uploading the Video to the CBSI Service, you further understand and agree that the Video as posted on the CBSI Service may differ from the Video as submitted by you due to technological failures/malfunctions/limitations or similar issues; and, in such case, the Contest Entities will not have any liability of any kind. Administrator as well as Contest Entities will not be responsible for lost, late, corrupted, inaccessible, stolen, garbled, jumbled, damaged or misdirected entries regardless of cause.
You further waive any “Moral Rights of Authors” (“Droit Moral”) or similar natural rights of ownership that you may have in the Video under statutory or common law.
You understand and agree that the Contest Entities have wide access to ideas, stories, designs and other literary/artistic materials submitted to them by outside sources or being developed by their own employees and that such ideas/stories/designs/literary/artistic materials may be competitive with, similar to (or even identical to) your Video and that Contest Entities shall have no liability to you or any third party in conjunction therewith.
You further acknowledge that the Contest Entities do not have any duty of confidentiality or other fiduciary duty to you relative to the Video. ALL VIDEOS MAY BE PUBLISHED ON THE CBSI SERVICE.
VIDEO REPRESENTS SOLELY THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE APPLICABLE PARTICIPANT AND DOES NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE CONTEST ENTITIES IN ANY MANNER. SPONSOR IS MERELY ENCOURAGING PERSONS TO PROVIDE A VIDEO WITH THEIR OPINION ON WHY THE SERIES SURVIVOR IS IMPORTANT TO THEM AND THEIR TRIBE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CONTEST ENTITIES DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANY VIDEOS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LIABILITY FOR MODERATING, MONITORING OR REVIEWING THE CONTENT OF VIDEOS UPLOADED TO THE CBSI SERVICE. THE POSTING OF A VIDEO ON THE CBSI SERVICE DOES NOT REPRESENT ANY ENDORSEMENT OF THE CONTENT OF SUCH VIDEO BY ANY OF THE CONTEST ENTITIES.
5. Judging Criteria: During the Promotion Period all eligible Videos received will be judged, by the judging panel, based on the following criteria: (a) passion for Survivor (50%); (b) showcasing what Survivor means to them (20%); (c) inspiration and storytelling of the Video (20%); and (d) why their Tribe (a defined below) should come to Fiji (10%). In case of a tie, the five (5) Videos with the highest score for passion for Survivor will be the tie breaker. In case of a further tie, the five Videos with the highest score for showcasing what Survivor means to them will be the tie breaker. In case of a further tie, the five Videos with the highest score for inspiration and storytelling will be the tie breaker. Based on such judging criteria, the judging panel will choose the winning Videos. The five (5) Videos that receive the highest percentage from judging will each become a Winner in the Contest. ("Winner"). If there is a tie, same tie breaker process will be used as described above in this section. The Winners will be revealed on April 28,2025. A Participant may only submit one (1) Video entry. And, a given individual may only participate in the Contest once. In the event more than one Video of a Participant is submitted, only the first Video received will be considered. All Videos must comply with the Terms of Use of the CBSI Service, such Terms of Use are incorporated herein by reference. Should there be any inconsistency between these Official Rules and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use shall prevail, govern and control in all respects. If the Video does not comply with the Terms of Use, Contest Entities, at their sole discretion may disqualify the Video from the Contest. The results of the voting/judging are proprietary to Sponsor and, by uploading a Video, you agree to waive any right that you may have under any legal theory to review same.
Videos submitted after the Entry Period deadline will not be entered into the Contest.
6. Videos Requirements: Video(s) cannot be longer than 1 minute, in duration. Video(s) file(s) cannot exceed three hundred (300) Megabytes (MB) in size and will only be accepted if submitted in one of the formats prescribed on the CBSI Service. The Video must be an original creation of the Participant submitting the Video and only show the Participant on camera. And, a given individual may only participate in the Contest once. Any entry that does not meet the entry criteria described herein may be disqualified in Administrator’s sole discretion. The Video entry must be in English and must not be disparaging, abusive, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, offensive, illegal, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, offensive, indecent, in bad taste, reflect negatively on the Contest Entities or Series, promote or incite violence, terrorism, or illegal acts, or be otherwise objectionable (all as determined by the Contest Entities in their sole discretion). Additionally, the Video must not: i) infringe any third party's rights, including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or right of privacy and, must not in any way violate applicable laws and regulations; ii) contain libelous or otherwise defamatory statements (including but not limited to words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group); and iii) contain any commercial content that promotes any product or service or contain or reference any third party names, logos, service marks, trademarks, copyrights, trade names or trade dress. Video should not include any personally identifiable information (e.g., e-mail address, telephone number). The determination of whether a Video violates any of the above prohibitions shall be within the Administrator’s sole discretion. If a Video is deemed by the Administrator to violate any such prohibition(s), the Video may in the sole discretion of the Administrator be disqualified, removed from the CBSI Service and the Participant(s) shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest and/or win the prize (as defined below). Administrator reserves the right to take down any Video at any time during or after the Promotion Period and for any or no reason at all in Administrator’s sole discretion.
Further, each Promotion Video:
must be suitable for public display, in the sole determination of the Contest Entities;
must be delivered by uploading the Video, to the CBSI Service;
must not include any person other than the Participant;
must not include lyrics, music, sound recordings, video works, audio-visual works or any third-party creative element without the express written permission of such third party;
must be created by Participant;
must not have been created using artificial intelligence (“AI”) of any kind; and
must satisfy all eligibility requirements set forth herein.
7. Prize: The Contest will award (5) prizes (each referred to herein as the “Prize” or collectively “Prizes”) that each consist of a 5-day/4-night trip to Fiji for the Participant and up to 4 guests (the guests shall be referred to herein as the “Tribe”) during the filming of Survivor 50 (the “Series”). Each Tribe member must be at least thirteen (13) years of age or older and any Tribe members under the age of eighteen (18) must travel with both parents and/or legal guardians. Trip includes up to five (5) round-trip economy class airline tickets for the Winner to Fiji from a single major U.S. gateway airport nearest Winner's home (as determined by Sponsor) and each member of the Tribe must leave from that same airport, double/triple occupancy standard hotel accommodations for four (4) nights/five (5) days and ground transfers in Fiji from hotel to the Series’ set. Approximate retail value of each Prize may be up to Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($17,500.00). If the actual value of the Prize is less than said amount, Winner will not receive the difference in value.
Prize Restrictions. Winners and their Tribes must conduct themselves at all times in an appropriate, well-behaved and courteous manner at all times, including in conjunction with the trip and the Series’ set visit. Without limitation, each Winner and their Tribe must wear appropriate attire (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); follow all instructions of Series personnel; and refrain from insulting, antagonizing or embarrassing any talent, guests or staff on the Series. Each Winner and each Tribe member agree that, as between themselves on the one hand, and Sponsor on the other, Sponsor will own any and all rights to any results or proceeds from any work created as a part of their Series’ set visit; and, Winners agree, upon Sponsor’s request and without compensation other than the Prize, to sign any grant of rights/assignment of rights, to record, perfect or effect such intent. Each Winner further agree to assist Sponsor in obtaining signed releases by all Tribe member prior to travel, and acknowledges that any Tribe member who does not sign the releases will not be permitted to travel. Talent on the Show may (or may not) in their sole discretion sign autographs for or pose for “selfies” with Winners, without liability of any kind. Trip is subject to Sponsor's production schedules. If the Winner(s) cannot take the trip to Fiji on the date specified by the Sponsor, the Sponsor may disqualify the Winner(s) with Sponsor not having any liability to Winner under any legal theory and may chose an alternate Winner. If a production is canceled, rescheduled (or, if for any reason, Sponsor is unable to provide the trip to Fiji as described, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Winner(s), other than provide the a trip for up to five (5) to Fiji (to be taken within 12 months from June 30, 2025, or the trip will be forfeited), with no other components of the Series included in the description of the Prize above; no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in Prize value. All other expenses relating to acceptance of the Prize not explicitly stated herein, including but not limited to taxes, meals, beverages, alcoholic beverages and gratuities are the sole responsibility of Winner(s). Certain travel restrictions may apply. Actual value of the Prize may vary based on departure city and dates of travel. Specifics of Prize travel package are subject to availability and Sponsor's sole discretion. Complete terms and conditions of Prize trip will be furnished with Prize notification. Travel must be made through Sponsor's agent on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Winner(s) must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Winner(s) are required to have reached the age of majority in his/her state of residence and each will be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release, as well as any other documents required by the Contest Entities prior to ticketing. Prize(s) are nontransferable. All taxes, including but not limited to federal, state, local, income and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner(s). No assignment, transfer or substitution of a Prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize with a prize of comparable or greater value. Prize(s) is solely for personal use and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion. All other costs and expenses not specified herein, if any, are the responsibility of the Winner(s). Prizes' details are at the sole discretion of the Contest Entities.
8. Prize Taxes. All federal, state, local and other tax liabilities arising from this Contest, including, without limitation, winning a Prize, will be the sole responsibility of the Winner(s). For prizes valued at $600 or above (i.e., the Prize), the Winner will be issued an IRS 1099 tax form for the value of their Prize.
9. Winner Notification: The Winner(s) will be notified at the end of the Promotion Period. The potential Winner(s) will be notified by email and/or by phone. If a potential Winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during three (3) business days from the first notification attempt, such person may be disqualified at the discretion of the Administrator, with alternate Winner(s) selected in accordance with these Official Rules.
10. Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and Publicity Release. In order to receive the Prize, the potential Winner(s) and their guests will all be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release (collectively, the "Release Forms") within three (3) days of notification of winning. Failure to properly execute and return Release Forms in a timely manner, or if the Prize notification or the Prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if the Winner(s) is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, may result in disqualification with an alternate Winner selected in accordance with these Official Rules.
11. Publicity Release Terms. Except where prohibited by law, the Winners’ acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Contest Entities to use the Winners’ name, video, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and address (city and state) worldwide and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation solely in connection with the Contest and identifying the Winner(s).
12. Improper Conduct. Administrator, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participation in or use of any or all portions of this Contest, and refuse to award the Prize, if entrant engages in any conduct Administrator deems to be improper, unfair or otherwise adverse to the operation of the Contest or detrimental to other entrants of the Contest. Such improper conduct includes, without limitation, falsifying personal information required during entrant registration or the Prize claim, violating any term or condition stated herein, accumulating entries through methods such as automated computer scripts or any other programming techniques, allowing others to use entrant's personal information for the purpose of accumulating entries, or intentionally trying to defraud, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise tamper with the computer programs in connection with this Contest (the preceding includes but is not limited to any attempted manipulation of the public voting phase of the Contest). Entrants agree that Administrator may void any part of a Prize that entrant may have won and/or require the return of any part of a Prize that entrant may have won as a result of such improper conduct. Entrant further acknowledges that any forfeiture of a Prize and/or return of the any part of a Prize shall in no way prevent Contest Entities from pursuing other avenues of recourse such as criminal or civil proceedings in connection with such conduct. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST OR TO DEFRAUD THE CONTEST ENTITIES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, EACH OF THE CONTEST ENTITIES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
13. Integrity of Contest. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which Administrator, in its sole opinion, believes could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest and select the Prize Winner(s) from entries received prior to the action taken or in such other manner as Administrator may deem fair and appropriate.
14. Lost or Corrupted Entries. The Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you hereby forever waive any rights to any claim in connection with, lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries or mail, if applicable; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information. The Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by registration information submitted by end users or tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest, and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Contest.
15. Damaged Property. Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you hereby forever waive any rights to any claim in connection with, injury or damage to any entrants or to any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from this Contest.
16. Contest Errors. The Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you hereby forever waive any rights to any claim in connection with, errors and/or ambiguity: (a) in the Contest; (b) in any related advertising, marketing or promotions of this Contest; and/or (c) in these Official Rules. In the event of any ambiguity(s) or error(s) in these Official Rules, Administrator reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes or to correct any such ambiguity or error(s) without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Contest.
17. Prize(s) and Winner(s). The Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, dealers and advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you/entrant hereby forever waive/s any rights to any claim in connection with, the selection and announcement of the Winner(s), the distribution of the Prize(s), the acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of any part of the Prize(s) and/or any injury or damage to any entrant's or third party's person (including death) or property related to or resulting from any part of the Prize(s) or any part of this Contest.
18. Release and Indemnity. Each entrant in this Contest, including, without limitation, the Winner(s), hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless the Contest Entities and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, advertising, marketing and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents and assigns from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize(s), participation in this Contest and participation in any activity related to this Contest.
19. Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT WILL THE CONTEST ENTITIES, THEIR PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, DEALERS AND RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR ADVERTISING, MARKETING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE CONTEST, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE CONTEST OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM THE CONTEST. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties. THE CONTEST & PRIZE(S) ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
21. Identity Disputes. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. For purposes of these Official Rules, "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
22. Binding Arbitration. The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules and/or this Contest. Any controversy or claim, arising out of, or relating to, these Official Rules and/or this Contest shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of JAMS. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of California, in the City of Los Angeles and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Contest is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Administrator in connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof, and any matters or proceedings which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in Section 22 of these Official Rules and/or for entering any judgment on an arbitration award, shall take place in the State of California, in the City of Los Angeles.
24. Winners List/Official Rules: For the name(s) of the Winner(s), send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by May 29, 2025 to Survivor Fan Competition c/o CBS Interactive Inc., 1401 W. Cypress Creek Rd., Suite 200, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. For Official Rules send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the above address marked "Official Rules Survivor Fan Competition - Rules for receipt by April 14, 2025. Residents from VT may omit postage on the self-address envelope requesting a copy of the Official Rules. The name(s) of the Prize Winner(s) may, and Official Rules will, be posted on the CBSI Service.

O Serviço é controlado e oferecido pela Greenfly a partir de suas instalações próprias o de seu prestador de serviços nos Estados Unidos da América. A Greenfly não declara, de forma alguma, que o Serviço é apropriado ou está disponível para uso em outros locais. As pessoas que acessam ou utilizam o Serviço a partir de outras jurisdições o fazem por vontade própria e são responsáveis pelo cumprimento da legislação local.
5. Indenização
Na medida permitida pela legislação aplicável, você concorda em defender, indenizar e isentar a Greenfly, sua matriz, executivos, diretores, funcionários e representantes, de e contra todas e quaisquer reivindicações, danos, obrigações, perdas, responsabilidades, custos ou dívidas e despesas (incluindo, entre outros, os honorários advocatícios) decorrentes de: (i) seu uso e acesso ao Site; (ii) violação, de sua parte, de qualquer termo presente nestes Termos de Uso; (iii) violação, de sua parte, de qualquer direito de terceiros, incluindo, entre outros, qualquer direito autoral, de propriedade ou de privacidade; ou (iv) qualquer alegação de que o seu Conteúdo causou danos a terceiros. Esta obrigação de defesa e indenização sobreviverá a estes Termos de Uso e ao uso do Site.
6. Capacidade de aceitar os Termos de Uso

Survivor Fan Contest Official Contest Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. CONTEST IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES (INCLUDING PUERTO RICO) AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD OR AGE OF MAJORITY, WHICHEVER IS OLDER IN STATE OF RESIDENCE, AT DATE OF ENTRY. VOID IN ALL US TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS (EXCEPT PUERTO RICO) AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any social media platform and/or any video content creation platform in any way.
Contest Description:
Each Participant (as defined below) entering the “Survivor Fan Contest” (the “Contest”) will upload a video of themselves explaining what Survivor means to them and their “Tribes” (the “Video”), to the website accessible at https://gf.fan/cbs/survivorfanfiji (the “CBSI Service”). See the requirement/specification details, in Section 6 below, for the Video entries. From all eligible Videos entered in the Contest, the five (5) Winners (as defined below) Videos will be chosen in accordance with this Official Rules (as defined below).
1. Acceptance of Official Rules. By you entering the Contest operated on the CBSI Service, you ("you" or "Participant") hereby accept and agree to these official rules (the "Official Rules") of this Contest, and the decisions of the Administrator in connection with this Contest, whose decisions are final.
If you are a wireless services subscriber and have a smart phone, tablet or other wireless device that allows you to access this Contest, you may also enter this Contest via any of those devices during the Entry Period (as defined below). If you choose to enter via wireless device, you may be charged data rates according to the Terms and Conditions of your Service Agreement with your wireless carrier.
2. Eligibility. This Contest is offered and open to persons who are: (a) legal residents of one (1) of the United States (including Puerto Rico) or the District of Columbia; and (b) at least 18 years old or age of majority, whichever is older in their state of residence, at the date of entry into this Contest. Employees, independent contractors and directors, and their immediate family members, of the Contest Entities and/or Paramount Global, CBS, CBS Survivor Productions, Inc., MGM Television, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc., DJB Holdco, LLC, Survivor Productions, LLC, SEG Holdco, LLC (collectively “Producers”) and their respective parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies and legal and financial advisors, or anyone who is in any way involved with the Series (as defined below), including without limitations to persons who have appeared on the Series, are not eligible to participate in this Contest. For purpose of the foregoing, "immediate family" mean parents, spouses, children, siblings or any members of the same households of such employees, independent contractors and directors (whether related or not). This Contest is void in all US Territories and Possessions (except Puerto Rico), and where prohibited by law.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, PARTICIPANT(S) AGREE THAT THE CONTEST ENTITIES, THE ADMINISTRATOR OR PRODUCERS MAY, AT THEIR OPTION, CONDUCT A BACKGROUND CHECK CONCERNING YOU, AND THAT, AT ANY TIME AFTER THE BACKGROUND CHECK IS INITIATED, THE CONTEST ENTITIES, THE ADMINISTRATOR OR PRODUCERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY PARTICIPANT(S) ON THE BASIS OF ANYTHING CONTAINED IN, OR OBTAINED AS A RESULT OF, THE BACKGROUND CHECK. SELECTED PARTICIPANT(S) WILL BE REQUIRED TO TIMELY SIGN WAIVER FORMS AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF PERSONAL AND BACKGROUND INFORMATION AND TO COMPLETE A BACKGROUND QUESTIONNAIRE IN A TRUTHFUL MANNER AS WELL AS TO POSSIBLY OTHERWISE COOPERATE IN THE CONDUCT OF THE BACKGROUND CHECK. THE RESULTS OF THE BACKGROUND CHECK ARE FINAL AND BINDING AND NOT SUBJECT TO APPEAL. PARTICIPANTS AND/OR WINNER(S) MAY ALSO BE REQUIRED TO EXECUTE CERTAIN ADDITIONAL RELEASES AND/OR AGREEMENTS WITH CONTEST ENTITIES TO PARTICIPATE AND/OR TO RECEIVE A PRIZE IN THE CONTEST. IF PARTICIPANT IS DISQUALIFIED BASED ON THE RESULTS OF THE BACKGROUND CHECK, SUCH PARTICIPANT WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY COMPENSATION OF ANY KIND AND THE CONTEST ENTITIES AND ADMINISTRATOR SHALL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO THEM UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY.
3. Promotion Period. The Contest begins on February 22, 2025 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on March 30, 2025 (end date is subject to scheduling changes) (the "Promotion Period"). Once the Entry Period ends, the judging panel, comprised of employees of the Contest Entities, will commence to review all qualifying Video entries received during the Entry Period. The judging panel will select up to five (5) videos (the “Winners”), based on the judging criteria as detailed in a Section 5 below. The judging panel will select, based on the judging criteria, the winning Videos The winning Videos shall be announced on April 28,2025.
4. How to Enter: During the Entry Period, Participants need to access the CBSI Service at https://gf.fan/cbs/survivorfanfiji fill in the entry form, and upload their Video in order to be entered into the Contest. Video must be uploaded during the same online session that Participant submits the completed entry form. Once submitted, Videos cannot be amended or modified by Participant. Receipt of entry may be acknowledged, and, in such event, the acknowledgement shall not be binding on Contest Entities. Submission of an entry does not constitute proof of receipt of same or proof of entry in the Contest.
Participants (regardless of their ultimate eligibility), by uploading the Video on the CBSI Service, you give the Contest Entities a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty free license to publish the Video on the CBSI Service, the Show and any other media property of CBS and/or CBSI, with no compensation or consideration to you other than the prize if determined to be a Winner as per these Official Rules. Administrator and Contest Entities reserves the right to reproduce the Videos in full or edit and enhance the Videos at their discretion. (However, Videos will not be edited/enhanced in conjunction with the determination of winners in the Contest.) CBS and/or CBSI are authorized to use the Videos as they see fit, including usage in advertising. Videos uploaded to the CBSI Service will not be returned to Participants. By uploading the Video to the CBSI Service, you further understand and agree that the Video as posted on the CBSI Service may differ from the Video as submitted by you due to technological failures/malfunctions/limitations or similar issues; and, in such case, the Contest Entities will not have any liability of any kind. Administrator as well as Contest Entities will not be responsible for lost, late, corrupted, inaccessible, stolen, garbled, jumbled, damaged or misdirected entries regardless of cause.
You further waive any “Moral Rights of Authors” (“Droit Moral”) or similar natural rights of ownership that you may have in the Video under statutory or common law.
You understand and agree that the Contest Entities have wide access to ideas, stories, designs and other literary/artistic materials submitted to them by outside sources or being developed by their own employees and that such ideas/stories/designs/literary/artistic materials may be competitive with, similar to (or even identical to) your Video and that Contest Entities shall have no liability to you or any third party in conjunction therewith.
You further acknowledge that the Contest Entities do not have any duty of confidentiality or other fiduciary duty to you relative to the Video. ALL VIDEOS MAY BE PUBLISHED ON THE CBSI SERVICE.
VIDEO REPRESENTS SOLELY THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE APPLICABLE PARTICIPANT AND DOES NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE CONTEST ENTITIES IN ANY MANNER. SPONSOR IS MERELY ENCOURAGING PERSONS TO PROVIDE A VIDEO WITH THEIR OPINION ON WHY THE SERIES SURVIVOR IS IMPORTANT TO THEM AND THEIR TRIBE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CONTEST ENTITIES DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANY VIDEOS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LIABILITY FOR MODERATING, MONITORING OR REVIEWING THE CONTENT OF VIDEOS UPLOADED TO THE CBSI SERVICE. THE POSTING OF A VIDEO ON THE CBSI SERVICE DOES NOT REPRESENT ANY ENDORSEMENT OF THE CONTENT OF SUCH VIDEO BY ANY OF THE CONTEST ENTITIES.
5. Judging Criteria: During the Promotion Period all eligible Videos received will be judged, by the judging panel, based on the following criteria: (a) passion for Survivor (50%); (b) showcasing what Survivor means to them (20%); (c) inspiration and storytelling of the Video (20%); and (d) why their Tribe (a defined below) should come to Fiji (10%). In case of a tie, the five (5) Videos with the highest score for passion for Survivor will be the tie breaker. In case of a further tie, the five Videos with the highest score for showcasing what Survivor means to them will be the tie breaker. In case of a further tie, the five Videos with the highest score for inspiration and storytelling will be the tie breaker. Based on such judging criteria, the judging panel will choose the winning Videos. The five (5) Videos that receive the highest percentage from judging will each become a Winner in the Contest. ("Winner"). If there is a tie, same tie breaker process will be used as described above in this section. The Winners will be revealed on April 28,2025. A Participant may only submit one (1) Video entry. And, a given individual may only participate in the Contest once. In the event more than one Video of a Participant is submitted, only the first Video received will be considered. All Videos must comply with the Terms of Use of the CBSI Service, such Terms of Use are incorporated herein by reference. Should there be any inconsistency between these Official Rules and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use shall prevail, govern and control in all respects. If the Video does not comply with the Terms of Use, Contest Entities, at their sole discretion may disqualify the Video from the Contest. The results of the voting/judging are proprietary to Sponsor and, by uploading a Video, you agree to waive any right that you may have under any legal theory to review same.
Videos submitted after the Entry Period deadline will not be entered into the Contest.
6. Videos Requirements: Video(s) cannot be longer than 1 minute, in duration. Video(s) file(s) cannot exceed three hundred (300) Megabytes (MB) in size and will only be accepted if submitted in one of the formats prescribed on the CBSI Service. The Video must be an original creation of the Participant submitting the Video and only show the Participant on camera. And, a given individual may only participate in the Contest once. Any entry that does not meet the entry criteria described herein may be disqualified in Administrator’s sole discretion. The Video entry must be in English and must not be disparaging, abusive, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, offensive, illegal, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, offensive, indecent, in bad taste, reflect negatively on the Contest Entities or Series, promote or incite violence, terrorism, or illegal acts, or be otherwise objectionable (all as determined by the Contest Entities in their sole discretion). Additionally, the Video must not: i) infringe any third party's rights, including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or right of privacy and, must not in any way violate applicable laws and regulations; ii) contain libelous or otherwise defamatory statements (including but not limited to words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group); and iii) contain any commercial content that promotes any product or service or contain or reference any third party names, logos, service marks, trademarks, copyrights, trade names or trade dress. Video should not include any personally identifiable information (e.g., e-mail address, telephone number). The determination of whether a Video violates any of the above prohibitions shall be within the Administrator’s sole discretion. If a Video is deemed by the Administrator to violate any such prohibition(s), the Video may in the sole discretion of the Administrator be disqualified, removed from the CBSI Service and the Participant(s) shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest and/or win the prize (as defined below). Administrator reserves the right to take down any Video at any time during or after the Promotion Period and for any or no reason at all in Administrator’s sole discretion.
Further, each Promotion Video:
must be suitable for public display, in the sole determination of the Contest Entities;
must be delivered by uploading the Video, to the CBSI Service;
must not include any person other than the Participant;
must not include lyrics, music, sound recordings, video works, audio-visual works or any third-party creative element without the express written permission of such third party;
must be created by Participant;
must not have been created using artificial intelligence (“AI”) of any kind; and
must satisfy all eligibility requirements set forth herein.
7. Prize: The Contest will award (5) prizes (each referred to herein as the “Prize” or collectively “Prizes”) that each consist of a 5-day/4-night trip to Fiji for the Participant and up to 4 guests (the guests shall be referred to herein as the “Tribe”) during the filming of Survivor 50 (the “Series”). Each Tribe member must be at least thirteen (13) years of age or older and any Tribe members under the age of eighteen (18) must travel with both parents and/or legal guardians. Trip includes up to five (5) round-trip economy class airline tickets for the Winner to Fiji from a single major U.S. gateway airport nearest Winner's home (as determined by Sponsor) and each member of the Tribe must leave from that same airport, double/triple occupancy standard hotel accommodations for four (4) nights/five (5) days and ground transfers in Fiji from hotel to the Series’ set. Approximate retail value of each Prize may be up to Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($17,500.00). If the actual value of the Prize is less than said amount, Winner will not receive the difference in value.
Prize Restrictions. Winners and their Tribes must conduct themselves at all times in an appropriate, well-behaved and courteous manner at all times, including in conjunction with the trip and the Series’ set visit. Without limitation, each Winner and their Tribe must wear appropriate attire (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); follow all instructions of Series personnel; and refrain from insulting, antagonizing or embarrassing any talent, guests or staff on the Series. Each Winner and each Tribe member agree that, as between themselves on the one hand, and Sponsor on the other, Sponsor will own any and all rights to any results or proceeds from any work created as a part of their Series’ set visit; and, Winners agree, upon Sponsor’s request and without compensation other than the Prize, to sign any grant of rights/assignment of rights, to record, perfect or effect such intent. Each Winner further agree to assist Sponsor in obtaining signed releases by all Tribe member prior to travel, and acknowledges that any Tribe member who does not sign the releases will not be permitted to travel. Talent on the Show may (or may not) in their sole discretion sign autographs for or pose for “selfies” with Winners, without liability of any kind. Trip is subject to Sponsor's production schedules. If the Winner(s) cannot take the trip to Fiji on the date specified by the Sponsor, the Sponsor may disqualify the Winner(s) with Sponsor not having any liability to Winner under any legal theory and may chose an alternate Winner. If a production is canceled, rescheduled (or, if for any reason, Sponsor is unable to provide the trip to Fiji as described, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Winner(s), other than provide the a trip for up to five (5) to Fiji (to be taken within 12 months from June 30, 2025, or the trip will be forfeited), with no other components of the Series included in the description of the Prize above; no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in Prize value. All other expenses relating to acceptance of the Prize not explicitly stated herein, including but not limited to taxes, meals, beverages, alcoholic beverages and gratuities are the sole responsibility of Winner(s). Certain travel restrictions may apply. Actual value of the Prize may vary based on departure city and dates of travel. Specifics of Prize travel package are subject to availability and Sponsor's sole discretion. Complete terms and conditions of Prize trip will be furnished with Prize notification. Travel must be made through Sponsor's agent on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Winner(s) must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Winner(s) are required to have reached the age of majority in his/her state of residence and each will be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release, as well as any other documents required by the Contest Entities prior to ticketing. Prize(s) are nontransferable. All taxes, including but not limited to federal, state, local, income and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner(s). No assignment, transfer or substitution of a Prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize with a prize of comparable or greater value. Prize(s) is solely for personal use and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion. All other costs and expenses not specified herein, if any, are the responsibility of the Winner(s). Prizes' details are at the sole discretion of the Contest Entities.
8. Prize Taxes. All federal, state, local and other tax liabilities arising from this Contest, including, without limitation, winning a Prize, will be the sole responsibility of the Winner(s). For prizes valued at $600 or above (i.e., the Prize), the Winner will be issued an IRS 1099 tax form for the value of their Prize.
9. Winner Notification: The Winner(s) will be notified at the end of the Promotion Period. The potential Winner(s) will be notified by email and/or by phone. If a potential Winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during three (3) business days from the first notification attempt, such person may be disqualified at the discretion of the Administrator, with alternate Winner(s) selected in accordance with these Official Rules.
10. Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and Publicity Release. In order to receive the Prize, the potential Winner(s) and their guests will all be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release (collectively, the "Release Forms") within three (3) days of notification of winning. Failure to properly execute and return Release Forms in a timely manner, or if the Prize notification or the Prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if the Winner(s) is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, may result in disqualification with an alternate Winner selected in accordance with these Official Rules.
11. Publicity Release Terms. Except where prohibited by law, the Winners’ acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Contest Entities to use the Winners’ name, video, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and address (city and state) worldwide and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation solely in connection with the Contest and identifying the Winner(s).
12. Improper Conduct. Administrator, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participation in or use of any or all portions of this Contest, and refuse to award the Prize, if entrant engages in any conduct Administrator deems to be improper, unfair or otherwise adverse to the operation of the Contest or detrimental to other entrants of the Contest. Such improper conduct includes, without limitation, falsifying personal information required during entrant registration or the Prize claim, violating any term or condition stated herein, accumulating entries through methods such as automated computer scripts or any other programming techniques, allowing others to use entrant's personal information for the purpose of accumulating entries, or intentionally trying to defraud, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise tamper with the computer programs in connection with this Contest (the preceding includes but is not limited to any attempted manipulation of the public voting phase of the Contest). Entrants agree that Administrator may void any part of a Prize that entrant may have won and/or require the return of any part of a Prize that entrant may have won as a result of such improper conduct. Entrant further acknowledges that any forfeiture of a Prize and/or return of the any part of a Prize shall in no way prevent Contest Entities from pursuing other avenues of recourse such as criminal or civil proceedings in connection with such conduct. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST OR TO DEFRAUD THE CONTEST ENTITIES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, EACH OF THE CONTEST ENTITIES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
13. Integrity of Contest. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which Administrator, in its sole opinion, believes could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest and select the Prize Winner(s) from entries received prior to the action taken or in such other manner as Administrator may deem fair and appropriate.
14. Lost or Corrupted Entries. The Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you hereby forever waive any rights to any claim in connection with, lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries or mail, if applicable; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information. The Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by registration information submitted by end users or tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest, and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Contest.
15. Damaged Property. Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you hereby forever waive any rights to any claim in connection with, injury or damage to any entrants or to any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from this Contest.
16. Contest Errors. The Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you hereby forever waive any rights to any claim in connection with, errors and/or ambiguity: (a) in the Contest; (b) in any related advertising, marketing or promotions of this Contest; and/or (c) in these Official Rules. In the event of any ambiguity(s) or error(s) in these Official Rules, Administrator reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes or to correct any such ambiguity or error(s) without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Contest.
17. Prize(s) and Winner(s). The Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, dealers and advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you/entrant hereby forever waive/s any rights to any claim in connection with, the selection and announcement of the Winner(s), the distribution of the Prize(s), the acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of any part of the Prize(s) and/or any injury or damage to any entrant's or third party's person (including death) or property related to or resulting from any part of the Prize(s) or any part of this Contest.
18. Release and Indemnity. Each entrant in this Contest, including, without limitation, the Winner(s), hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless the Contest Entities and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, advertising, marketing and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents and assigns from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize(s), participation in this Contest and participation in any activity related to this Contest.
19. Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT WILL THE CONTEST ENTITIES, THEIR PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, DEALERS AND RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR ADVERTISING, MARKETING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE CONTEST, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE CONTEST OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM THE CONTEST. 20. Disclaimer of Warranties. THE CONTEST & PRIZE(S) ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
21. Identity Disputes. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. For purposes of these Official Rules, "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
22. Binding Arbitration. The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules and/or this Contest. Any controversy or claim, arising out of, or relating to, these Official Rules and/or this Contest shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of JAMS. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of California, in the City of Los Angeles and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Contest is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Administrator in connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof, and any matters or proceedings which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in Section 22 of these Official Rules and/or for entering any judgment on an arbitration award, shall take place in the State of California, in the City of Los Angeles.
24. Winners List/Official Rules: For the name(s) of the Winner(s), send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by May 29, 2025 to Survivor Fan Competition c/o CBS Interactive Inc., 1401 W. Cypress Creek Rd., Suite 200, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33309. For Official Rules send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the above address marked "Official Rules Survivor Fan Competition - Rules for receipt by April 14, 2025. Residents from VT may omit postage on the self-address envelope requesting a copy of the Official Rules. Contest Description:
Each Participant (as defined below) entering the “Survivor Fan Contest” (the “Contest”) will upload a video of themselves explaining what Survivor means to them and their “Tribes” (the “Video”), to the website accessible at https://gf.fan/cbs/survivorfanfiji (the “CBSI Service”). See the requirement/specification details, in Section 6 below, for the Video entries. From all eligible Videos entered in the Contest, the five (5) Winners (as defined below) Videos will be chosen in accordance with this Official Rules (as defined below).
1. Acceptance of Official Rules. By you entering the Contest operated on the CBSI Service, you ("you" or "Participant") hereby accept and agree to these official rules (the "Official Rules") of this Contest, and the decisions of the Administrator in connection with this Contest, whose decisions are final.
If you are a wireless services subscriber and have a smart phone, tablet or other wireless device that allows you to access this Contest, you may also enter this Contest via any of those devices during the Entry Period (as defined below). If you choose to enter via wireless device, you may be charged data rates according to the Terms and Conditions of your Service Agreement with your wireless carrier.
2. Eligibility. This Contest is offered and open to persons who are: (a) legal residents of one (1) of the United States (including Puerto Rico) or the District of Columbia; and (b) at least 18 years old or age of majority, whichever is older in their state of residence, at the date of entry into this Contest. Employees, independent contractors and directors, and their immediate family members, of the Contest Entities and/or Paramount Global, CBS, CBS Survivor Productions, Inc., MGM Television, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc., DJB Holdco, LLC, Survivor Productions, LLC, SEG Holdco, LLC (collectively “Producers”) and their respective parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies and legal and financial advisors, or anyone who is in any way involved with the Series (as defined below), including without limitations to persons who have appeared on the Series, are not eligible to participate in this Contest. For purpose of the foregoing, "immediate family" mean parents, spouses, children, siblings or any members of the same households of such employees, independent contractors and directors (whether related or not). This Contest is void in all US Territories and Possessions (except Puerto Rico), and where prohibited by law.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS CONTEST, PARTICIPANT(S) AGREE THAT THE CONTEST ENTITIES, THE ADMINISTRATOR OR PRODUCERS MAY, AT THEIR OPTION, CONDUCT A BACKGROUND CHECK CONCERNING YOU, AND THAT, AT ANY TIME AFTER THE BACKGROUND CHECK IS INITIATED, THE CONTEST ENTITIES, THE ADMINISTRATOR OR PRODUCERS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY ANY PARTICIPANT(S) ON THE BASIS OF ANYTHING CONTAINED IN, OR OBTAINED AS A RESULT OF, THE BACKGROUND CHECK. SELECTED PARTICIPANT(S) WILL BE REQUIRED TO TIMELY SIGN WAIVER FORMS AUTHORIZING THE RELEASE OF PERSONAL AND BACKGROUND INFORMATION AND TO COMPLETE A BACKGROUND QUESTIONNAIRE IN A TRUTHFUL MANNER AS WELL AS TO POSSIBLY OTHERWISE COOPERATE IN THE CONDUCT OF THE BACKGROUND CHECK. THE RESULTS OF THE BACKGROUND CHECK ARE FINAL AND BINDING AND NOT SUBJECT TO APPEAL. PARTICIPANTS AND/OR WINNER(S) MAY ALSO BE REQUIRED TO EXECUTE CERTAIN ADDITIONAL RELEASES AND/OR AGREEMENTS WITH CONTEST ENTITIES TO PARTICIPATE AND/OR TO RECEIVE A PRIZE IN THE CONTEST. IF PARTICIPANT IS DISQUALIFIED BASED ON THE RESULTS OF THE BACKGROUND CHECK, SUCH PARTICIPANT WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY COMPENSATION OF ANY KIND AND THE CONTEST ENTITIES AND ADMINISTRATOR SHALL NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY TO THEM UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY.
3. Promotion Period. The Contest begins on February 22, 2025 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on March 30, 2025 (end date is subject to scheduling changes) (the "Promotion Period"). Once the Entry Period ends, the judging panel, comprised of employees of the Contest Entities, will commence to review all qualifying Video entries received during the Entry Period. The judging panel will select up to five (5) videos (the “Winners”), based on the judging criteria as detailed in a Section 5 below. The judging panel will select, based on the judging criteria, the winning Videos The winning Videos shall be announced on April 28,2025.
4. How to Enter: During the Entry Period, Participants need to access the CBSI Service at https://gf.fan/cbs/survivorfanfiji fill in the entry form, and upload their Video in order to be entered into the Contest. Video must be uploaded during the same online session that Participant submits the completed entry form. Once submitted, Videos cannot be amended or modified by Participant. Receipt of entry may be acknowledged, and, in such event, the acknowledgement shall not be binding on Contest Entities. Submission of an entry does not constitute proof of receipt of same or proof of entry in the Contest.
Participants (regardless of their ultimate eligibility), by uploading the Video on the CBSI Service, you give the Contest Entities a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty free license to publish the Video on the CBSI Service, the Show and any other media property of CBS and/or CBSI, with no compensation or consideration to you other than the prize if determined to be a Winner as per these Official Rules. Administrator and Contest Entities reserves the right to reproduce the Videos in full or edit and enhance the Videos at their discretion. (However, Videos will not be edited/enhanced in conjunction with the determination of winners in the Contest.) CBS and/or CBSI are authorized to use the Videos as they see fit, including usage in advertising. Videos uploaded to the CBSI Service will not be returned to Participants. By uploading the Video to the CBSI Service, you further understand and agree that the Video as posted on the CBSI Service may differ from the Video as submitted by you due to technological failures/malfunctions/limitations or similar issues; and, in such case, the Contest Entities will not have any liability of any kind. Administrator as well as Contest Entities will not be responsible for lost, late, corrupted, inaccessible, stolen, garbled, jumbled, damaged or misdirected entries regardless of cause.
You further waive any “Moral Rights of Authors” (“Droit Moral”) or similar natural rights of ownership that you may have in the Video under statutory or common law.
You understand and agree that the Contest Entities have wide access to ideas, stories, designs and other literary/artistic materials submitted to them by outside sources or being developed by their own employees and that such ideas/stories/designs/literary/artistic materials may be competitive with, similar to (or even identical to) your Video and that Contest Entities shall have no liability to you or any third party in conjunction therewith.
You further acknowledge that the Contest Entities do not have any duty of confidentiality or other fiduciary duty to you relative to the Video. ALL VIDEOS MAY BE PUBLISHED ON THE CBSI SERVICE.
VIDEO REPRESENTS SOLELY THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE APPLICABLE PARTICIPANT AND DOES NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE CONTEST ENTITIES IN ANY MANNER. SPONSOR IS MERELY ENCOURAGING PERSONS TO PROVIDE A VIDEO WITH THEIR OPINION ON WHY THE SERIES SURVIVOR IS IMPORTANT TO THEM AND THEIR TRIBE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE CONTEST ENTITIES DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANY VIDEOS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LIABILITY FOR MODERATING, MONITORING OR REVIEWING THE CONTENT OF VIDEOS UPLOADED TO THE CBSI SERVICE. THE POSTING OF A VIDEO ON THE CBSI SERVICE DOES NOT REPRESENT ANY ENDORSEMENT OF THE CONTENT OF SUCH VIDEO BY ANY OF THE CONTEST ENTITIES.
5. Judging Criteria: During the Promotion Period all eligible Videos received will be judged, by the judging panel, based on the following criteria: (a) passion for Survivor (50%); (b) showcasing what Survivor means to them (20%); (c) inspiration and storytelling of the Video (20%); and (d) why their Tribe (a defined below) should come to Fiji (10%). In case of a tie, the five (5) Videos with the highest score for passion for Survivor will be the tie breaker. In case of a further tie, the five Videos with the highest score for showcasing what Survivor means to them will be the tie breaker. In case of a further tie, the five Videos with the highest score for inspiration and storytelling will be the tie breaker. Based on such judging criteria, the judging panel will choose the winning Videos. The five (5) Videos that receive the highest percentage from judging will each become a Winner in the Contest. ("Winner"). If there is a tie, same tie breaker process will be used as described above in this section. The Winners will be revealed on April 28,2025. A Participant may only submit one (1) Video entry. And, a given individual may only participate in the Contest once. In the event more than one Video of a Participant is submitted, only the first Video received will be considered. All Videos must comply with the Terms of Use of the CBSI Service, such Terms of Use are incorporated herein by reference. Should there be any inconsistency between these Official Rules and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use shall prevail, govern and control in all respects. If the Video does not comply with the Terms of Use, Contest Entities, at their sole discretion may disqualify the Video from the Contest. The results of the voting/judging are proprietary to Sponsor and, by uploading a Video, you agree to waive any right that you may have under any legal theory to review same.
Videos submitted after the Entry Period deadline will not be entered into the Contest.
6. Videos Requirements: Video(s) cannot be longer than 1 minute, in duration. Video(s) file(s) cannot exceed three hundred (300) Megabytes (MB) in size and will only be accepted if submitted in one of the formats prescribed on the CBSI Service. The Video must be an original creation of the Participant submitting the Video and only show the Participant on camera. And, a given individual may only participate in the Contest once. Any entry that does not meet the entry criteria described herein may be disqualified in Administrator’s sole discretion. The Video entry must be in English and must not be disparaging, abusive, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, offensive, illegal, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, offensive, indecent, in bad taste, reflect negatively on the Contest Entities or Series, promote or incite violence, terrorism, or illegal acts, or be otherwise objectionable (all as determined by the Contest Entities in their sole discretion). Additionally, the Video must not: i) infringe any third party's rights, including, without limitation, copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or right of privacy and, must not in any way violate applicable laws and regulations; ii) contain libelous or otherwise defamatory statements (including but not limited to words or symbols that are widely considered offensive to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group); and iii) contain any commercial content that promotes any product or service or contain or reference any third party names, logos, service marks, trademarks, copyrights, trade names or trade dress. Video should not include any personally identifiable information (e.g., e-mail address, telephone number). The determination of whether a Video violates any of the above prohibitions shall be within the Administrator’s sole discretion. If a Video is deemed by the Administrator to violate any such prohibition(s), the Video may in the sole discretion of the Administrator be disqualified, removed from the CBSI Service and the Participant(s) shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest and/or win the prize (as defined below). Administrator reserves the right to take down any Video at any time during or after the Promotion Period and for any or no reason at all in Administrator’s sole discretion.
Further, each Promotion Video:
must be suitable for public display, in the sole determination of the Contest Entities;
must be delivered by uploading the Video, to the CBSI Service;
must not include any person other than the Participant;
must not include lyrics, music, sound recordings, video works, audio-visual works or any third-party creative element without the express written permission of such third party;
must be created by Participant;
must not have been created using artificial intelligence (“AI”) of any kind; and
must satisfy all eligibility requirements set forth herein.
7. Prize: The Contest will award (5) prizes (each referred to herein as the “Prize” or collectively “Prizes”) that each consist of a 5-day/4-night trip to Fiji for the Participant and up to 4 guests (the guests shall be referred to herein as the “Tribe”) during the filming of Survivor 50 (the “Series”). Each Tribe member must be at least thirteen (13) years of age or older and any Tribe members under the age of eighteen (18) must travel with both parents and/or legal guardians. Trip includes up to five (5) round-trip economy class airline tickets for the Winner to Fiji from a single major U.S. gateway airport nearest Winner's home (as determined by Sponsor) and each member of the Tribe must leave from that same airport, double/triple occupancy standard hotel accommodations for four (4) nights/five (5) days and ground transfers in Fiji from hotel to the Series’ set. Approximate retail value of each Prize may be up to Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($17,500.00). If the actual value of the Prize is less than said amount, Winner will not receive the difference in value.
Prize Restrictions. Winners and their Tribes must conduct themselves at all times in an appropriate, well-behaved and courteous manner at all times, including in conjunction with the trip and the Series’ set visit. Without limitation, each Winner and their Tribe must wear appropriate attire (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); follow all instructions of Series personnel; and refrain from insulting, antagonizing or embarrassing any talent, guests or staff on the Series. Each Winner and each Tribe member agree that, as between themselves on the one hand, and Sponsor on the other, Sponsor will own any and all rights to any results or proceeds from any work created as a part of their Series’ set visit; and, Winners agree, upon Sponsor’s request and without compensation other than the Prize, to sign any grant of rights/assignment of rights, to record, perfect or effect such intent. Each Winner further agree to assist Sponsor in obtaining signed releases by all Tribe member prior to travel, and acknowledges that any Tribe member who does not sign the releases will not be permitted to travel. Talent on the Show may (or may not) in their sole discretion sign autographs for or pose for “selfies” with Winners, without liability of any kind. Trip is subject to Sponsor's production schedules. If the Winner(s) cannot take the trip to Fiji on the date specified by the Sponsor, the Sponsor may disqualify the Winner(s) with Sponsor not having any liability to Winner under any legal theory and may chose an alternate Winner. If a production is canceled, rescheduled (or, if for any reason, Sponsor is unable to provide the trip to Fiji as described, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the Winner(s), other than provide the a trip for up to five (5) to Fiji (to be taken within 12 months from June 30, 2025, or the trip will be forfeited), with no other components of the Series included in the description of the Prize above; no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in Prize value. All other expenses relating to acceptance of the Prize not explicitly stated herein, including but not limited to taxes, meals, beverages, alcoholic beverages and gratuities are the sole responsibility of Winner(s). Certain travel restrictions may apply. Actual value of the Prize may vary based on departure city and dates of travel. Specifics of Prize travel package are subject to availability and Sponsor's sole discretion. Complete terms and conditions of Prize trip will be furnished with Prize notification. Travel must be made through Sponsor's agent on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. Winner(s) must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Winner(s) are required to have reached the age of majority in his/her state of residence and each will be required to execute and return a liability/publicity release, as well as any other documents required by the Contest Entities prior to ticketing. Prize(s) are nontransferable. All taxes, including but not limited to federal, state, local, income and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner(s). No assignment, transfer or substitution of a Prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize with a prize of comparable or greater value. Prize(s) is solely for personal use and may not be used in conjunction with any other promotion. All other costs and expenses not specified herein, if any, are the responsibility of the Winner(s). Prizes' details are at the sole discretion of the Contest Entities.
8. Prize Taxes. All federal, state, local and other tax liabilities arising from this Contest, including, without limitation, winning a Prize, will be the sole responsibility of the Winner(s). For prizes valued at $600 or above (i.e., the Prize), the Winner will be issued an IRS 1099 tax form for the value of their Prize.
9. Winner Notification: The Winner(s) will be notified at the end of the Promotion Period. The potential Winner(s) will be notified by email and/or by phone. If a potential Winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made during three (3) business days from the first notification attempt, such person may be disqualified at the discretion of the Administrator, with alternate Winner(s) selected in accordance with these Official Rules.
10. Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and Publicity Release. In order to receive the Prize, the potential Winner(s) and their guests will all be required to complete, execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release (collectively, the "Release Forms") within three (3) days of notification of winning. Failure to properly execute and return Release Forms in a timely manner, or if the Prize notification or the Prize is returned as non-deliverable, or if the Winner(s) is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, may result in disqualification with an alternate Winner selected in accordance with these Official Rules.
11. Publicity Release Terms. Except where prohibited by law, the Winners’ acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission for the Contest Entities to use the Winners’ name, video, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and address (city and state) worldwide and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation solely in connection with the Contest and identifying the Winner(s).
12. Improper Conduct. Administrator, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any entrant from participation in or use of any or all portions of this Contest, and refuse to award the Prize, if entrant engages in any conduct Administrator deems to be improper, unfair or otherwise adverse to the operation of the Contest or detrimental to other entrants of the Contest. Such improper conduct includes, without limitation, falsifying personal information required during entrant registration or the Prize claim, violating any term or condition stated herein, accumulating entries through methods such as automated computer scripts or any other programming techniques, allowing others to use entrant's personal information for the purpose of accumulating entries, or intentionally trying to defraud, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise tamper with the computer programs in connection with this Contest (the preceding includes but is not limited to any attempted manipulation of the public voting phase of the Contest). Entrants agree that Administrator may void any part of a Prize that entrant may have won and/or require the return of any part of a Prize that entrant may have won as a result of such improper conduct. Entrant further acknowledges that any forfeiture of a Prize and/or return of the any part of a Prize shall in no way prevent Contest Entities from pursuing other avenues of recourse such as criminal or civil proceedings in connection with such conduct. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST OR TO DEFRAUD THE CONTEST ENTITIES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, EACH OF THE CONTEST ENTITIES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
13. Integrity of Contest. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which Administrator, in its sole opinion, believes could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, Administrator reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest and select the Prize Winner(s) from entries received prior to the action taken or in such other manner as Administrator may deem fair and appropriate.
14. Lost or Corrupted Entries. The Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you hereby forever waive any rights to any claim in connection with, lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, stolen, misdirected, illegible or postage due entries or mail, if applicable; or for any computer, telephone, cable, network, satellite, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information, or the failure to capture any such information. The Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by registration information submitted by end users or tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Contest, and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Contest.
15. Damaged Property. Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you hereby forever waive any rights to any claim in connection with, injury or damage to any entrants or to any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this Contest or downloading materials from this Contest.
16. Contest Errors. The Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies and advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you hereby forever waive any rights to any claim in connection with, errors and/or ambiguity: (a) in the Contest; (b) in any related advertising, marketing or promotions of this Contest; and/or (c) in these Official Rules. In the event of any ambiguity(s) or error(s) in these Official Rules, Administrator reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes or to correct any such ambiguity or error(s) without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Contest.
17. Prize(s) and Winner(s). The Contest Entities, and their parents, affiliated and subsidiary companies, dealers and advertising, marketing and promotion agencies, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and you/entrant hereby forever waive/s any rights to any claim in connection with, the selection and announcement of the Winner(s), the distribution of the Prize(s), the acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of any part of the Prize(s) and/or any injury or damage to any entrant's or third party's person (including death) or property related to or resulting from any part of the Prize(s) or any part of this Contest.
18. Release and Indemnity. Each entrant in this Contest, including, without limitation, the Winner(s), hereby releases and agrees to hold harmless the Contest Entities and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, advertising, marketing and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents and assigns from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize(s), participation in this Contest and participation in any activity related to this Contest.
19. Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT WILL THE CONTEST ENTITIES, THEIR PARENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, DEALERS AND RELATED COMPANIES, THEIR ADVERTISING, MARKETING OR PROMOTION AGENCIES OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS AND ASSIGNS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE CONTEST, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE CONTEST OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM THE CONTEST. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.
20. Disclaimer of Warranties. THE CONTEST & PRIZE(S) ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
21. Identity Disputes. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. For purposes of these Official Rules, "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
22. Binding Arbitration. The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules and/or this Contest. Any controversy or claim, arising out of, or relating to, these Official Rules and/or this Contest shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of JAMS. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of California, in the City of Los Angeles and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Contest is governed by U.S. law and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Administrator in connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof, and any matters or proceedings which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in Section 22 of these Official Rules and/or for entering any judgment on an arbitration award, shall take place in the State of California, in the City of Los Angeles.
24. Winners List/Official Rules: For the name(s) of the Winner(s), send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by May 29, 2025 to Survivor Fan Competition c/o CBS Interactive Inc., 1401 W. - お客様は、(i) 虚偽、不正確、誤解を招く、誹謗的、中傷的、または (ii) 不愉快、憎悪的、脅迫的、ポルノ的、またはヌードや生々しい暴力を含む、(iii) 第三者の知的財産権、肖像権もしくはプライバシー権の侵害、悪用、または違反、または適用法もしくは規制の違反を招くもの、または (iv) 本人の同意のないその他の人物の画像を含む、いかなるコンテンツも本サービスに提出しないものとします。
- コンテンツをGreenflyに送信することにより、お客様は、そのコンテンツに対するお客様の肖像権または著作者人格権をすべて取り消し不能な形で放棄したことになります。これには、そのコンテンツとのお客様の関係、お客様の著作および外見、そのコンテンツのその他の内容が含まれます。
- さらに、お客様は、本サイトに提出するコンテンツには、第三者の著作権で保護されたマテリアル、またはその他の第三者の所有権の対象となるマテリアルが含まれないことに同意します。ただし、そのマテリアルの正当な所有者からの許可がある場合、またはマテリアルを投稿してGreenflyに付与されるすべてのライセンス権を付与する法的権利がある場合を除きます。

5. 補償
適用法で許可される範囲で、お客様は、Greenfly、その親会社、役員、取締役、従業員および代理店を、あらゆる請求、損害、義務、損失、責任、費用または負債 、および以下に起因する費用 (弁護士費用を含むが、これに限定されない)。(i) お客様による本サイトの使用およびアクセス。 (ii) これらの利用規約のいずれかの条項に違反した場合。 (iii) 著作権、財産、またはプライバシー権を含むがこれらに限定されない、第三者の権利の侵害。または (iv) コンテンツが第三者に損害を与えたという申し立てから擁護、補償、免責することに同意するものとします。この擁護と補償の義務は、本利用規約およびお客様による本サイトの使用後も存続します。
